Walk up to the gentle ramp from the secluded driveway area to the front door and the entry foyer of the Home. Look first across the living room and through the wall of windows toward the Pacific Ocean and Point Reyes. This large, comfortably furnished room has a wood stove. There is a flat-screen, LED,TV and DVD player. HI-FI and WI-FI_Router.
Down the three steps and through the living room along the divider with its bookcases and electronics, is the dining area with seating for six or more (the table expands). Again, the view is through full-length windows looking down Pinnacle Gulch to the Pacific Ocean. Sliding doors from both the dining area and living area lead out to a patio area with charcoal BBQ.
Next, when you pivot to the right, you’ll see the fully equipped kitchen. After you walk along the kitchen side of the divider, passing the door to the laundry, you will go back up to the entrance foyer and closet. Along the corridor past the living room you will find the sun room on your right. Another wall of windows looks over the Sixth Green of the Bodgega Harbour Golf Links course and down Pinnacle Gulch toward the Pacific Ocean and the Point Reyes Lighthouse.
There is a Queen size sofa bed, on your Right in the Sun Room with game-size table with four chairs, and a sliding door to the Hot Tub deck. Across the hall from the sun room, to the north, is the self-contained guest suite with King-size bed, LED TV with VCR, and full Bath with tub/shower. Farther East,The large master suite has two bureaus, TV, DVD-VCR Player, Queen size bed and a sliding door out to the Hot Tub deck.
The double-sink bath area with shower has its own door to that hot tub deck…again, with a view of the Sixth green and the ocean. Outside, along the south length of the house, is a small, sunny patio with outdoor chairs. This home has a Charcoal BBQ.

The entire home will only be occupied by the renting party. This home is not shared with other renters or the owners. There may be locked doors, cabinets, drawers that contain the property of the owners for when they use their homes. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental.
The amount charged for cleaning includes cleaning of the home, doing all laundry, trash removal, and a one-time processing fee. This fee also includes a portion of the TOT taxes that are collected for Sonoma County.
We charge $75.00 per pet for pet-friendly homes (maximum 2 pets per home).
Nightly rate includes 12% Hotel Tax and 2% Tourism Assessment.
Holiday periods subject to a 3 or 4-night minimum. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays and some special event weekends and reflect a 15% increase in rental rate. July and August stays subject to 7-night minimum when booked prior to June 1st.

By accepting these house rules, you agree to all terms and conditions herein.
1.Rescheduling: There will be a $25.00 fee for rescheduling reservation dates. Rescheduling dates not permitted less than 45 days prior to arrival (Less than 60 days prior to Holidays).
2.Security deposit: You hereby authorize rental agency to charge against your credit card provided, for all charges associated with any excess cleaning of home and/or spa, plumbing stoppages, lost keys and garage remotes, damage to the property, or its contents and long distance telephone, cable and internet purchases. If the property does not experience any of the above, no charge will be made for same. Security deposits will be refunded within 21 days of departure if no issues are found. This is not a home for house parties, hosting events, wedding ceremonies, etc. Additional house rules, instructions and emergency procedures are contained in the house binder and must be read by each guest.
3.This home is a non-smoking residence. If evidence of smoking is found in the home, you will be charged $250.00 for additional cleaning. These fees will be deducted from your security deposit.
4.Occupancy may not exceed what the space shows it accommodates.
5.Pets are only allowed in homes designated as pet-friendly (maximum 2 per home). Pets must be kept on leash when outside of the house. Pets are never to be left in homes unattended. You must pick-up after your pets.
6.Guest agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless owners and agents free and clear of any liability for damage to self, members of guest’s party or property, resulting from accident or injury, or loss of enjoyment, due to power outages, rain, sun, flood, negligence, defective construction, fire, theft, inoperable appliances, equipment, spas, etc. Rental agency will take all possible steps to see that house equipment is in working order.

Bodega Harbour Homeowners Association (BHHA) Rules and Regulations
The goal of the Bodega Harbour Community is for everyone, residence and guests, to have a safe, relaxed and enjoyable experience while here. Abiding by the rules, which apply to everyone, including owners and guests, will ensure that we fulfill this goal. If any of the following rules are violated by renters and/or guests of renters, Bodega Bay & Beyond reserves the right to immediately evict guests resulting in forfeiture of entre rental agreement, applicable taxes, and all fees. Additionally, you authorize Bodega bay & Beyond to charge your credit card for any related fines associated with these violations.
A.Maximum occupancy is that listed for for which space accommodates.
B.Maximum of 4 cars per residence.
C.Pets are not allowed on the golf course or cart paths.
D.No trespassing on any lot (someone else’s property).
E.No offensive noises, or disturbance, which interferes with other quiet enjoyment in the community. This precludes use of live amplified music. All noise levels must be lowered by 10:00 PM, as not to disturb other occupants of the community.
F.Non-residential use of the residence is prohibited, including all educational, religious and commercial functions. Weddings are not allowed in rented homes.
G.No playing or practicing of golf without payment of golf fees. No trespassing, walking or riding on the golf cart paths, or golf course property, except as a registered golfer.
H.No parking of RVs, motorhomes, boats or trailers within the community.
I.Behavior of all renters and guest should be conducive to that of a small community. Renters and guests in Bodega Harbour need to maintain behavior suitable to mature and responsible adults.
J.All beach access paths close at dark per Sonoma County Ordinance.
K.Schedule of fines - $250.00
i.Per occurrence for excessive noise, nuisance or serious annoyance, or other activities which unreasonably disturb the quiet enjoyment of neighbors or results in damage to property owned by BHHA.
ii.Per occurrence per person for violation of any other provisions related to the use of Common Area/or the Common Area facilities and amenities. These areas include but are not limited to the swimming pool, exercise room and tennis courts.
iii.Per occurrence for use of a residence for a commercial or other non-residential purpose in violation of the Project Documents.
iv.Per occurrence per person for any unauthorized entry onto the golf course at any time except as posted.
v.Per person, per occurrence of non-payment of green fees prior to commencement of play. Golf course and golf paths are for golfers only.
vi.Per occurrence for any pet violation. This includes keeping pet on leash and picking up after pet.
