Our modern 2Bdrm west end flat with exposed brick is located in one of Toronto's coolest and most vibrant neighbourhoods. Take advantage of the brand new kitchen or dine out at amazing local restaurants. A short walk to Subway line for easy access to the entire city.

This beautiful, newly renovated, 2 bedroom apartment is fully furnished including a gorgeous modern kitchen with all the bells and whistles, complete with fair trade coffee and an assortment of tea along with complimentary truffles upon arrival from our local chocolatier!
It has a large bathroom with a deep modern soaker tub.
The master bedroom has a memory foam queen size bed nestled against the original exposed brick wall.
The second Bedroom has a queen size Ikea sofa bed and a full wardrobe.
The kitchen/dinning area has a brand new Smart TV with Netflix and is set up for those who have ITunes accounts.

The apartment is stocked full of art by local Toronto artists and the style of the suite is a direct representation of the Bloorcourt Village neighbourhood.


Our guests have the entire basement apartment with a separate entrance and do not share the apartment with the rest of the house.

We have AMAZING coffee shops near by:
The Common (Bloor) - is the second café of its kind to
grace Toronto, modeled after the original incarnation over at College and Dufferin.

The Hub cafe and bakery is literally a 30 second walk from the apartment… we also provide our guests with The Hub's local, organic bean and a grinder/ french press.

If you are traveling with children, you're going to LOVE it here.. Dovercourt Park is within eyeshot of our home.
With a splash pad all summer and a ton of local families that spend their days picnicking, it really is the perfect set up for a hot Toronto summer day, OR for the winter keeners in their snow suits making snow people.
The busses run at the top of our street or the Ossington Subway is a 9 min. walk away.
Fiesta Farms is a great one stop Organic grocer within walking distance.
We also have a local butcher called Gasparro's that sells non medicated, grain fed Chicken!

We poured ourselves into creating a beautiful apartment and love sharing it with travellers... I kid you not, this is our favorite part of Toronto and hope you love it as much as we do!

Absolutely no smoking. No yard access,including the bbq. Only registered guests at night. No pets and please leave the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived , including your dishes and stripping your bedding (we do not charge a cleaning fee)... One last thingy, no parties,other than that, enjoy!

L'accueil a été froid et très rapide. Très difficile de se garer sur le parking sans payer une somme à l'avance sur internet. Chose que nous n'avons pas fait car une fois la voiture louée nous sommes directement partis sur Toronto. A notre arrivée nous avons eu des remarques de la part des voisins alors que nous cherchions tout simplement le logement et à nous garer. Les propriétaires n'ont pas été compréhensifs.

We are sorry that you had such difficulty with the parking permit, and finding our address. As for our neighbours, they are really nice. When your son drove into their driveway, and walked into their back yard, the elderly mother was startled. We did clearly state that we weren't able to print the parking permit for you, as our printer was down. As you are a host on AirBnb, we assumed that you would read through all of the information in your itinerary, as the vast majority of our guests do, when travelling. We welcomed you, and toured you through the flat, in a friendly manner. It seems to us, that there really wasn't anything that we could have done to make you happy. We have a long list of great guests, and great reviews, and we honestly don't feel like this is an accurate description of our hosting.

L'appartement était vraiment très bien et très neuf. Nous avions tout ce dont on avait besoin. Le quartier est calme. Bien que nous n'ayons pas rencontré Holly & Chad ont fait en sorte que notre voyage se passe bien.

Le logement était plus que parfait! Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoins. L'appartement est dans un quartier calme, et les suggestions d'Holly et Chad pour les cafés, restaurants et boutiques étaient superbes! Nous avons bien hâte de revenir à Toronto et définitivement, nous allons revenir chez Holly et Chad!

The place was so cozy! I really felt at home. It's a decent sized basement apartment with 2 rooms facing different directions (one room has an east facing window and the other has a west facing window) so you can choose whether you want to the sun to wake you up or sleep until noon. The bathroom was large with a nice soaking tub and the kitchen and living room were spacious as well. They had some cooking ingredients like salt and cooking oil which was a nice little extra. The Loblaws is only a 15 minute walk and Sobey's is a 10 minute walk. The only negative was how much you could hear what was going on above you. It's fine if you're an early riser (noise usually started after 9AM) but if you want to sleep in, it might be a problem. Other than that, it was a great place to stay! Plus they have two big handsome cats that hang out outside and will let you pet them.
