2600+sqft, very family-friendly. Living rm, media rm, family rm; 4 minute walk to the beach,free use of beach cruiser bikes - Hot tub w/ocean View, BBQ, SONOS music system, HGTV thru-out; gourmet kitchen, honor bar; fire pls. Plenty of room to spread out... A/C.

Note: hotel sales tax applies. Currently 11.5%

Master suite has jetted tub, balcony, fireplace. 2nd bedroom is queen; 3rd bdrm is queen + twin bunks (2 sets). Free bicycle use saves rental $$; also beach toys & wagon.

Please keep in mind that Oceanside requires that vacation rentals be taxed as "hotel stays" unless the guest visit exceeds 30 consecutive days. The tax rate - 11.5%.

For security deposit, we require $200 cash down (refundable) plus a damage insurance protection policy ($79 your cost/paid direct to ins company). A cleaning fee is charged. Lease is required to be signed.

We loved our stay at J's beautiful home. It is even more spacious than the photos show. The rooftop spa and patio are frosting on the cake! The location is residential and family friendly, some train noise but it wasn't bad. (If you are near the beach, you are not far from the tracks so it is expected.) The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes with kiddos. Easy walk to pier, harbor or downtown. Bikes available added to the fun and convenience. We will definitely return.

We had easy access to the host with any questions that came up, everything we needed was provided, all the comfort and convince of home while on vacation.

We had a great time at Jon's property. It is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We stayed there with our children and two of their grandparents. It was an easy walk to the beach, which we did daily. There are a couple of small shops and restaurants within an easy walk, as well.
