Please keep in mind that Oceanside requires that vacation rentals be taxed as "hotel stays" unless the guest visit exceeds 30 consecutive days. The tax rate - 11.5%.
For security deposit, we require $200 cash down (refundable) plus a damage insurance protection policy ($79 your cost/paid direct to ins company). A cleaning fee is charged. Lease is required to be signed.

California requires hotel room tax be charged. 11.5%; AB&B doesn't not provide a way to show/bill this so I send a (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) invoice.
