Built in 1832, Bayview is a fusion of modern and historical in a cosy protected cottage. Bayview Ave is a cultural oasis, with eclectic neighbours. The airport, city centre, coast, train and bus stations, are all only 20 mins away. Family friendly.
50 Bayview Ave was built in 1832 to house a naval officer working in the customs house on the River Liffey. A servant lived in the basement and catered to the needs of the officer using a bell system.
The house is a protected structure because of it's architectural significance. It is one of only 8,600 protected structures in Dublin city.
Bayview has unique period features: a marble fireplace, window shutters, high ceilings, railed gardens and many more.
There is 240Mb/s internet.
Bayview has a cot, a stroller, a high chair and a play desk for children to use.
