1. Strictly no smoking, house parties, yelling or loud music please.
2. Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
3. If you plan to cook, that's fine but please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive, so please be sure to open the window and switch on the range hood while cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.
4. Please do not bring any drink and food into the bedroom they are not allowed on carpeted areas.
5. Please turn off all the lights, TV and Air-conditioner when you leave the apartment.
6. Please leave the room in a reasonable level of cleanness.
Cleaning*: You must leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in a additional cleaning fee.
7. Wash all the dishes, pre-wash before putting them into the dishwashers.
8. Luggage: As we do not have a physical reception, we are not able to store luggage for you proir to your check-in time or after you check-out.
9 Key pick-up:* Please call us on the business day before the check-in date to arrange key pick-up.
10. Lost Keys:* Each apartment comes with Key + Fob swipe and, if applicable, a remote for parking access. You agree to notify us immediately if you find the Key + Fob swipe is lost and, if applicable, a parking remote. In the event, you return the apartment to us without the above, you agree to pay $300 to cover Key + Fob swipe / parking remote replacement.
11. Check-in time*: Check-in is from 4pm. Note, we make every effort to ensure apartments are prepared for check-in by 4pm. However, unfortunately from time to time exiting tenants fail to comply with the requirement to check-out by 10am. Where this occurs, as a matter of practical reality we may need to delay the check-in time to allow time to properly prepare the apartment after the late check-out.
12. After Hours Check-in*: Our phones are turned off after 9pm. If you think you may be arriving after 9pm, you must notify us of this in advance so we know to keep our afterhours phone on. Unless you have arranged for a late check-in, we will not be responsible if you have difficulties checking in after 9pm.
13. Check-out time*: Before 10am.
Please meet in the lobby Helena / Renat property manager to hand over the Key + Fob / parking remote. If you like to checkout earlier than 10am, please contact & notify us 48hr prior your checkout.
14. Smoking*: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your credit card or otherwise recover from you, $75 to apply towards having the furnishings deodorised.
This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic area.
Please treat the apartment with respect - and of course no smoking.
