You agree to notify us immediately if you find the Key + Fob swipe is lost and, if applicable, a parking remote. In the event, you return the apartment to us without the above, you agree to pay $300 to cover Key + Fob swipe / parking remote replacement.

11. Check-in time*: Check-in is from 4pm. Note, we make every effort to ensure apartments are prepared for check-in by 4pm. However, unfortunately from time to time exiting tenants fail to comply with the requirement to check-out by 10am. Where this occurs, as a matter of practical reality we may need to delay the check-in time to allow time to properly prepare the apartment after the late check-out.

I spent lovely 2 months in Natalia's apartment. The location is great - 15 minutes to the city centre, 5 minutes to the beach, Albert Park 5 minutes on foot was also a big benefit for sports & relax. Apartment itself is very well furnished with everything you need for life. Especially high standard kitchen and comfy bedroom . I'd absolutely recommend staying here for anybody coming to Melbourne.

I stayed at Natalia's place for one month. My flight arrived early in the morning and she was willing to check me in early which was really nice of her after a long flight. The apartment was very clean and modern and everything I needed to cook and clean with was available. The bed was comfortable. Yet, throughout the stay I was not in communication with her at all but with her property manager. Overall it was a good experience but kind of expensive for a longterm stay.

Had a great time staying for 2 weeks at Natalia's apartment in St. Kilda. Was impressed by the housekeeping when we first arrived, as everything was freshly laundered, dusted and wiped down. For those who prefer to make their own meals, the kitchen is fully furnished for all kinds of cooking, and the Woolworth's is a 10 minute walk away. A slightly longer walk down Wellington then Chapel St. would take you to a whole street of restaurants, cafés, shops and 2 supermarkets. The gym is equipped with 2 threadmills, 2 elliptical machines, a rowing machine and a weight area, with 2 TVs. What we found most useful (for reducing clothing luggage) was the washing machine and dryer, and Natalia kindly supplied detergent too. The toilet has a very powerful and warm shower, but cold floor, so remember to bring bedroom slippers (and your own toiletries). An important note for those navigating using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)Maps, search for "6 Saint Kilda Road" and not "6 St. Kilda Rd". Trams 3, 3a, 16 and 67 will go to town.
