The apartment is at the back of the property with a long driveway that ends at the house/apartment with ample concrete parking pads. After parking just follow the back sidewalk around the Greenbelt side to the exterior apartment stairway. You will access the upper level apartment by inserting the 4 digit code provided to you by us via email before your arrival.

Hi, I am ChesLynn. Austin has been my home for over 30 years. I was reared in Fort Worth and graduated from TCU, but came to Austin in time to rear my daughters here. I got my graduate degree from Texas State and spent years in education until I took an opportunity with Dell in 1997. My husband and I live on 5 acres just minutes from downtown and love the Hill Country ambience and metro advantages that our life in Austin affords us.
