We are happy to take time to recommend favorite neighborhood restaurants and sites in person on your arrival day and periodically throughout your stay. If you prefer privacy, that's fine too. Just let us know your preference once you book.
2 friendly cats on property. They don't come in the house during your stay, but will consider the backyard their domain. People extremely sensitive to pet allergens may be more comfortable in other accommodations.

For fun I hike, bicycle, garden and cook. My favorite things to do in new places are walk around and get lost, visit public markets, and sit in public spaces and watch people. My favorite things to do in my hometown are see live music, sleep in the backyard, and smell desert air after a rain.
My daughter, Sarah, and son-in-law, Sam, live next door and are managing the Airbnb during my short-term move to DC. Sarah grew up in Tucson; Sam's an Arizona native who has been in Tucson for over 20 years. They are both knowledgeable about numerous interesting and fun things to do in Tucson (especially great restaurants). At some point soon, they will edit this profile and write their own words to tell you about themselves. ;- )
