This is a luxury holiday rental for a family or large group to spend some time enjoying all that the French Riviera has to offer.
This large bright airy home is just minutes from Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer. You will enjoy a prominent position on the hills outside Nice with southern exposure and views of the Mediterranean. A short drive takes you to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Italy and many more of the wonderful towns dotting the Riviera coast and inland. NOTE: Minimum booking period in July and August.

Your home away from home sits among landscaped gardens set in 3000 square metres of land and the benefit of bordering a national park, providing a private setting.

This sunny 'Maison', comprises a large living and dining area adjoining a modern kitchen, six bedrooms (all with double beds), four bathrooms, games/children's escape area in the cellar and a double garage. (Note that the cellar area has been used, on request, for sleeping but it is not a proper bedroom.) It also boasts a beautiful outdoor entertaining area draped in Wisteria and grape vine, an outdoor barbeque area and a large horizon pool surrounded by shady trees.

Laze away the days on a sun lounge and relax in the large living area that naturally flows out to the garden areas.

A scanned copy of the photo page of the primary guests renting the property is required on booking confirmation.
Minimum booking nights and weekend check in may be applied for July and August.

GENERAL:
- Maximum number staying at the property is not to exceed that confirmed to the owner.
- .Tenant understands property layout and beds. Dining chairs may be used in Living (URL HIDDEN) pets are allowed without authorisation from the owner. Costs may be charged for special cleaning and laundry.
-.Use of house towels at the beach is not allowed. Guests to bring own swimming towels.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Charges of not less than 210 euro may be made for freshening and/or cleaning required if smoking has occurred.
- The tenant agrees to be considerate of neighbours and the environment. The property is provided in a clean and neat state and while cleaning is required, excessive dirt and mess may incur additional charge. If the tenant causes any disturbance of notable complaint with neighbours due to noise or other offence, they may be asked to leave the property immediately without refund
- The Owner shall not be liable or responsible to the tenant/s or visitors of the tenant for:
-accident, personal injury or damage occurring in the property.
-loss of personal items
-any compensation for breakdown of services (hot water, washing machine, oven, stove etc) but shall repair these items in the quickest time possible.
- It is understood that tenants will carry their own insurance for cancellation, injury or loss of goods.
- The pool is unfenced. It is the explicit responsibility of the guests to ensure the safety and security of any pool users, in particular children. Pool users should be competent in water activity such as swimming and be certain that they have no medical condition that may cause problem in use of the pool.
- If for any reason the property is unable to be rented, including but not limited to, due to fire, irreparable short term breakdown or other, rent will be refunded but no compensation.
- The property gardener and pool maintenance people will require access once a week during the spring and summer.
