Comfortable, practical room decorated in tones of violet and white with external bathroom in Central Testaccio area in Rome. The room has large windows that face the train tracks and a view of Testaccio. Please read below for more details of the flat and the neighborhood.

We have a vibrant, artistic, peaceful BnB here in Rome: Il Colibri is located just off Via Ostiense in Testaccio. 5 minutes walk away from both Piramide (if you are coming from the city) and Ostiense train station (if you are coming from Airport) We have a 24-hour open bar/store for any emergency needs on our street.
Inside the flat, we have 4 rooms, one occupied by us and three allocated for the guests. 2 of the guest rooms have their bathrooms in their rooms and the violet room uses the common bathroom. We like to keep things clean and tidy, respect privacy and keep in quiet in the late hours.Place is vibrant, and has a peaceful vibe. Flat is located on the second floor and we have a lift.

To be on the practical side, here is what is included in the price, when you are staying here in Colibri:
> Basics: Clean sheets, blanket, towels, soap, shampoo, TV, A/C are provided in every room. All rooms have locks and keys, and all guests receive a key to flat, building and to their room.
> Breakfast : A self-served Italian breakfast is included in the price: Tea/Coffee, croissants/biscuits.
> Kitchen use for cooking: Guests staying with us for a week or more are welcome to use the kitchen for cooking.
> Wifi :Wireless high speed internet i is provided for all guests.
> Bicycles : We are happy to share two bikes if you are especially interested to have a taste for cycling in Rome, and we can suggest some routes. We do not charge an extra for this, however, availability depends on our and others guests use, so please inquire separately if you are interested.

Walking Tour around the Neighborhood:
We do a walking tour around the neighborhood with our guests. Depending on your interest, it can take between up to 2 hours.This is not a professional tour, but rather an introduction tour for you. This area is a bit different than the historic centre of the Rome, and we can make it visible for you. Please inquire about this if you are interested.
- LATE CHECK-IN FEE: For guests who are checking in after our check-in time (between 3 PM to 8 PM) an additional one-time 30 Euro will be asked. This fee will be included in the special offer at the time of booking.
- IMPORTANT: Vacation Fee of city of Rome: Like many other famous big cities around the globe, Rome also applies since 2011 a small vacation fee of 3,50€ per person. This is to sustain and improve the service to the tourists visiting the city. It will be asked upon your arrival.
