We stayed at Hazel's for 41 days for the 2016 bar exams. The place is ideal as it is close to UST and very accessible to UP where we enrolled for our pre-week. It's located right at the welcome rotunda so it's easy to take jeepneys to Quiapo-Baclaran or to Fairview or Cubao. Plus, there's a 24-hr Mcdo on the ground of the bldg, and 24-hr jollibee, BK, and KFC right next door. There's also Tapaking, Domino's , and other fast-food restos on the grd flr but they're open only til 9pm. So you won't ever starve here. It's no problem if you wanna cook your meals as the condo comes with rice cooker, induction stove, and microwave oven, complete with pots and pans. Also, the common area looks like the lobby of s hotel and we would study there sometimes. There are also swimming pools you can enjoy for P100/px. Though we haven't the opportunity to enjoy them. Anyway, we haven't met Hazel when we checked in. Her mother and brother were the ones to met us. They were very nice and accommodating. The tv plus won't power on on our first night and her mother, ma'am Chay, immediately replaced it even though it was already 9pm. She is quick to reply to our texts even if already late. My roommate met Hazel when we checked out and she said she is also very nice. I would recommend staying here whether for long-term or short trips. It's easy to commute to any point in Metro Manila. There are jeepneys & taxis right at the doorstep of the bldg. Plus, it's near bus terminals such as victory liner-sampaloc. We had a very pleasurable stay in the condo and I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Manila again. Thanks, Hazel and ma'am Chay for accommodating us.
