Wyndham National Harbor is ideally located in Maryland’s new National Harbor City Center just 10 minutes outside of Washington DC. Convenient shuttle service is available across the street which takes you to the DC metro for easy access to explore some of the nation’s most exciting treasures and landmarks. Back at the resort guests will enjoy exciting nightlife, gourmet restaurants, and vibrant shops along the shores of the Potomac River. Exciting town center activities are just a few foot steps away from the resort including ice skating, movies under the stars and live summer concert series. Other must see attractions including the Tanger Outlets with over 85 retailers and the 36’ Americana style carousel.
The 2 Bedroom Deluxe unit has a king-sized bed in the Master Bedroom, two double beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the Living Area.

When staying with us you'll have the best of all worlds. You'll be staying in a resort setting managed by onsite personnel and complete with a resort style check in experience. You'll be traveling as the guest of a club member with ownership privileges at the resort and your suite will be assigned at check in. You'll also enjoy home style suite amenities such as a kitchen and separate living space along with a super affordable rate! You should call or email us directly with any questions leading up to your stay and again when you return to book your future vacations (we have rentals across the country). Once checked in to the resort onsite personnel can help with any maintenance, area suggestions and resort amenities and services.
We offer cancellation of your reservation up until 7 days before check-in for a 50% refund.
You'll be greeted with a resort-style check-in by on-site resort staff 24-hours a day. Just provide your full name, and they'll issue you room keys. There's no need to call us unless you'll be coming in a day or more after your scheduled arrival date. Check-In time is after 4 pm and levied by the resort, please call the resort directly to determine whether they are able to accommodate an earlier check-in.
Your sweet suite accommodation will include bath towels, linens, basic toiletries, coffee supplies, a laundry detergent packet, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. Contact the front desk during your stay to request extra linens, forgotten toothpaste etc.

Within 24 hours of the reservation being accepted and confirmed, the traveler must provide his or her full name and address as it appears on their driver's license or photo ID, email address, and contact phone number for the person who will be checking in. This is an expectation set forth by the resort where you will be staying and you will be unable to check-in without submitting to the host within timeframe listed above.
Also, the guest checking-in must be at least 21 years of age. Photo identification is required at check-in (matching the information supplied to the host) along with major credit card.
There is no need to call and arrange for check-in and keys. Simply go to the front desk of the resort ad provide the full name of the guest listed on your final confirmation.
Check-in is any time after 4 pm. Please call the resort directly if you will be checking-in a day or more later than scheduled.
Check-out is levied by the resort and is scheduled for 10 am. It is up to the resort’s discretion with regards to honoring requests for late check-out.
You will be traveling as the guest of an owner at this resort. As a resort quest, please do not hesitate to contact the front desk for anything you may need during your stay including extra linens, dining recommendations, wi-fi passwords etc.
This is a timeshare resort, please understand your right to decline any offer or invitation to attend a timeshare presentation by the concierge or activities team. You are never required to attend a presentation as part of your stay with us! Please use caution when being approached or offered discounted tickets or other offers in exchange for attendance at a timeshare presentation. We are not responsible for charges which may occur as a result of no shows to such presentations when agreed to at your sole discretion.
Occupant(s) understands that each unit will be inspected before and after the reservation. Occupant(s) is responsible for any damages and charges incurred by occupant or occupant's party.
Pets are not permitted. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in fines and termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Resort Amenities may change from time to time and are governed by each Resort. A copy of the resort policies relating to amenities may be acquired upon check in at the resort.
Fees may be assessed by resorts for security deposit, amenities and/or incidentals. These fees are determined and levied by the resort and are the sole responsibility of the occupant.
Resort assigns the unit. Unit views, floor, and location on resort property cannot be guaranteed although Tripbound is pleased to make requests on your behalf.
Traveler(s) named on the confirmation must be present at the time of check in. Name changes after reservation is confirmed will incur a $99.00 charge. For this reason it is the guest’s responsibility to communicate the correct name of the guest checking in prior to making the reservation.
Traveler(s) may not exceed maximum occupancy standards indicated on the confirmation. Failure to comply with these standards may result in termination of the reservation without possibility of a refund.
Seller is not responsible for inclement weather, power outages or acts of GOD which may inconvenience travelers. In the event of a natural disaster or any other reason beyond our control, we will attempt to arrange alternate accommodations, but disclaims any liability or obligations.
Seller reserves the right to reassign travelers to substitute and comparable accommodations in extreme and unforeseen circumstances.
Seller is not liable for injury, loss or damages to persons or property while traveling.
Requests for reservation represent your agreement to these terms and conditions.
If check in assistance is required after office hours please contact the number Tripbound provides with confirmation. Seller will not be responsible for any expenses incurred should you fail to contact Seller for assistance.
