Description
Description

It is a 26 square meters flat, on the 4th floor of a brand new building. Very luminous, and with a view over Parque Rodó. One block from Rambla, at Playa Ramirez. Quite and green Punta Carretas neighbourhood.

It's where I live. So I will remove part of my stuff, like clothes, when receiving guests, but part of them will remain. There is only the essential, plus minimal decoration.

You will have a key to enter the building and a key to the apartment.

Me or my family will be reachable all the time, by phone.
Also my family lives 6 blocks from the apartment.

Parque Rodo is one of the oldest urban parks in Montevideo. Designed by french architecs Thays and Racine in 1903. It's located by the Rambla, in the limit between Punta Carretas and Parque Rodó neighbourhoods. Close by, at a within walking distance you have the traditional Palermo, with it's Candombe culture spots and events, and the chic and charm of Pocitos.

This area of the city is really beautiful, combining the green of the park and the sea. I would highly recommend you walk around here.
But in any case there are bus stops at 50 and 100 meters from the apartment, for buses that can take you to any part of the city. You can get to Centro or Ciudad Vieja within 20 minutes by bus, or 10 minutes by taxi.
Close by you find The National Museum of Visual Arts, Museo Casa Vilamajó, Engineer Faculty building, Architecture Faculty building, Montevideo Golf Club, Punta Carretas Shopping, among others.
About 2 blocks away you can find Coffes, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Since it's where I live, you might see my neighbours, and be conscious and respectful, as like you were in your house.
Most of the neighbours are young people.
