Welcome to The Odyssea where good fortune abounds. Enjoy the lavish landscape at the entrance to The Odyssea. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Bella Beach main office, as you approach this delightful parkview home, a relaxing hot tub awaits you. You’ll feel time slip away as the hot tub soothes you into relaxation. Once inside the home, you’ll see a comfortable living area with a fireplace to enhance the setting as you tell your tales of travel. The flatscreen TV has a Wii for those who wish to continue their game. Across from the living area, you will find the kitchen and dining area fully equipped to prepare any meal you desire.
After a fun filled day shopping or frolicking at the beach, or for those of you who had to battle a Cyclops, the main level of this home offers a queen master bedroom with a spa like shower set up with dual shower heads. This room also has a television with a Playstation.
For those who wish to continue to explore, mount the stairs to the second level where you’ll find two more queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom that also has dual shower heads. The east bedroom has its own television. In the upstairs hallway that separates the bedrooms, there is a built in desk perfect for students or those wishing to plan their attack on a working vacation.
Exiting the back door, discover the stairs that lead you to the carriage house that sits over a two car garage. This lovely room is designed with two twin beds including a dinette, a mini-refrigerator and a big screen TV.

Our property management team has a full time staff member on site at all times to help with any questions or problems that may arise. Additionally, our housekeepers and maintenance staff attend to the property and rental homes daily. We keep a close eye on all the homes within the community to be certain that items needing attention are dealt with swiftly and that the community can maintain its appeal for both residents and visitors.
All of our employees live in the surrounding area, and take great pride in being excellent at their job and a great resource for information. Guests in particular will find everyone who works for Bella Beach helpful in advising on places you might like to visit, things to do, and great restaurants and shops to indulge in. Feel free to pick their brains for all sorts of great destinations and activity ideas.

We are here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Each home is individually owned, decorated and supplied by each owner.
With the recent changes in the airlines fees, we understand how difficult it may be to travel with young children and as such we have a limited supply of items (for an additional fee) such as pack `n plays, high chairs, baby gates, etc. to help make your vacation as stress free as possible.
Our staff of local people has knowledge of places to visit, things to do and great restaurants to sample.

Every effort is made to have each home ready by check-in time, but no guarantee is made as to the exact time of occupancy. Housekeeping and maintenance personnel must provide services between occupancies for each home in order to prepare the home for incoming guests. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances, housekeeping and/or maintenance services may not be completed by your 4pm check-in time. This situation rarely occurs, however, we apologize in advance if the is situation happens to you.
Your home is stocked for your arrival with paper products including tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and dish detergent. See amenities list for more details. Beds are ready and made for your arrival except the following: trundles, futons, sofa sleepers and top bunks.
Please leave the home in the same general condition as it was when you arrived. Staff will arrive after your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the home.
All food and drink spills should be cleaned up as they occur. Food and drink spills on carpet are considered to be damage, not normal wear and tear.
Refrigerator should be emptied of all food and free of spills. All used dishes should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher on the wash cycle.
Additional housekeeping charges may also be applied in the occurrence of exceeding the maximum occupancy of the cottage.
Pets are not to be left unattended in homes, garages, or vehicles while in Bella Beach.
Due to homeowner and guest allergies, certain homes DO NOT allow pets of any size anywhere on the property. In all cases, animals besides dogs are strictly prohibited.
"Pet Friendly" homes are available in the community, 2 pet maximum per home. One time $50 plus tax per pet fee will need to be paid when you arrive.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Guests are solely responsible for the behavior and any damage that is caused by the pet and must follow guidelines given upon check-in.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR HOMES
10:30 PM – 8:00 AM - Monitored and Enforced. Bella Beach is a special neighborhood with a family environment. Hot tub use is allowed between the hours of 8 am and 10:30 pm. Please respect the desire of our full time residents and other guests in honoring quiet time.
At check in, you will receive a key. For check out, please return this key to the office or leave it in the home if the office is closed.
The following items are included in each vacation rental:
Color TV/DVD, Washer/Dryer, Silverware, Dishes/Cookware, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Utensils, Bath Towels, Bed Linens, Blankets, Quilts/Shams/Pillows, Trash Bags
You`ll want to bring the following items for your stay:
Food & Condiments, Baby equipment (unless provided by specific home), Personal Toiletries, Beach Equipment, Specialty Cooking Items and laundry soap.
For any item you do not see listed or are not sure about, please email or call us and ask. If you are arriving after dark, we suggest you bring a flashlight.
Primary registered guest is responsible for any expenses incurred during the visit, including but not limited to loss and damages, accident or injury to person, or loss sustained while visiting the home. Bella Beach does not allow large gatherings in homes or in the public areas. No catered food, rented tables or amplified music. Occupancy for each home is strictly enforced and fines will be assessed for exceeding the number of allowed guests.
The minimum rental age is 25 years or older. No illegal substances are allowed in the rental and minors should not be in possession of alcohol. Violations will result in being evicted from the property you have rented and no refunds will be issued.
Guest acknowledges and authorizes Bella Beach Property Management to charge Guest’s credit card for all damaged and/or missing items to the premises while occupied by the guest. If cost of extra cleaning, replacement or repairs exceeds the guest’s credit card limit, guest agrees to pay the difference to BBPM.
Parking is limited to a set number per home with a maximum of three cars for most homes. Some homes are restricted to two parking spaces. Any vehicles parking in or blocking a fire lane will be towed. No motor homes, trailers, campers, or boats of ANY KIND are allowed.
Major holidays require a 4 night minimum stay, unless otherwise posted.
Bella Beach Property Management reserves the right to enter the premises, if need arises, without guest permission. BBPM will make every effort to contact the guest as to the purpose and duration we are to be in the home.
Bella Beach Property Management (BBPM) and homeowners disclaim all liability for injury, loss, or damage. BBPM will be held harmless from claims arising out of use of home. BBPM is an agent for the owner, not an owner nor a tenant. As agent, BBPM has the authority to act in the best interest of the home owners in any and all situations. Each home is privately owned, including furnishings. Rules and regulations are on record with the owner and with the city of Depoe Bay as part of the Vacation Rental License criteria and to each adjoining property owner and residents. They are posted in the home. Please adhere to them at all times.
Bella Beach homes are part of a residential neighborhood. They require complete sensitivity to full-time neighbors and residents. Each home belongs to a loving family and they ask for your care and kindness.
