City living at its best. The apartment has a superb location in the heart and pulse of Sydney. It's opposite the beautiful Rushcutters Bay Park and Dalbora Marina, and moments from Sydney's downtown, local cafes and restaurants and shopping centers.

Located opposite Rushcutters Bay Park, this secure one bedroom apartment features a spacious open living/dining/kitchen area with a balcony which opens up to a beautiful park and great city views.
The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe.

The building 'Bayside' also has a gym and pool (currently under renovation for a premium upgrade) is located next to the train line and only minutes from Edgecliff Station and has a bus stop at the front door going directly into the city or to the glorious Watsons Bay.

Gabriel was very prompt, efficient and friendly. As a property manager, he did his best to to try and fix a few problems that came up. The apartment itself is okay and the location very central. The bed is comfortable, but the backboard is a covered piece of foam that folded over. The bathroom is good. As previously stated in another review, the apartment is within metres of a suburban railway track and you need to acclimatise to the noise. The listing stated Wi-fi but there was only a USB dongle available (no good for ipads or iphones). The apartment has a good city view but sitting on the balcony is noisy. As well, the window looking towards the city is dirty.

Gabriel hade lämnat nycklar hos biltvätten- vi hade mailat om detta. Tyvärr blev vi så besvikna vid ankomsten då poolen med gym- skälet till att vi hyrt våningen på 37 dagar- var under reparation! Detta hade Gabriel "glömt" att informera om! När vi dessutom konstaterade att lokaltågen med avgång 2-3 min gick rätt utanför och dygnet runt (lite mindre ofta) blev vi helt nedslagna. Balkongen hade utsikt över tågspåren, en bensinstation, biltvätt och en 6 filig motorväg, dvs instängd i trafik. Vi kunde inte höra vad vi sade eller se på TV tack vare ljudnivån, når tågen passerade, och ännu mindre öppna fönstren. Men våningen är helt fin, utsikten från fönstren också fin, om man inte tittar ner (jämför fotot). Luftkonditioneringen fungerade dock inte tillräckligt när det var varmt. Men närheten till Rushcutters Bay räddade oss, då vi kunde gå dit, när det blev otrevligt att vara i lägenheten.

Firstly I would like to say that Gabriel was an excellent host and property manager. The check in and check out was effortless. In fact, Gabriel met us at my daughter's place across the street to deliver the keys. The only problem we had the entire time was an interruption with the internet service and when I notified Gabriel he rectified it immediately. The apartment is small but was just the size we needed for the 2 of us. Gabriel left the place stocked with all kinds of things we needed plus there were fresh cut flowers on the dining table. The location was perfect and an easy walk to Kings Cross, Potts Point and other areas that we frequented. Now, the only negative thing about the location is the proximity to the train tracks. This is a beautiful apartment with a great view but the trains are very loud and start very early in the morning. If this is not a concern to you then this is the place for you. I would consider staying here again just because of Gabriel's attentiveness and the location. I would just need to bring the best ear plugs.
