Turning the corridor we find an ample and bright master suite. It features a 160x200 bed, fitted wardrobes and a private bathroom, doted with shower and dressed in a cheerful wallpaper. In the bedroom, white and gray tones on fabrics and walls, along with the delicate brass and glass furniture, give a very serene and clean atmosphere to this room.
The hallway leads to the star piece of the house: a large loft-type living room with stunning high ceiling.
At one end of the room - separated by a large iron & glass door - stands the kitchen, of splendid size and fully equipped with large and small appliances (including dishwasher and washing-dryer), apart from varied kitchen utensils for 6 people. It also features a good window.

If you wish to enter the apartment on a Sunday or National Holiday, there is a supplement of 60€ between 07:00 and 22:00. If the entry in the apartment is done between 22:00 and 07:00, the price would be 100€.
If the entry in the apartment is between 07:00 and 09:00 and between 20:00 and 22:00, there is a supplement of 35€. If it is between 22:00 and 07:00, the supplement would be 70€.
For stays for more than two months, a compulsory cleaning of 4 hours per month will have to be taken on with a cost of 16€/hour. If more hours would be needed by the client, the cost of the next hours would be 15€/hour.
In the amount indicated in the concept 'cleaning' are included:

- Booking fee, wich also includes a full welcome basket (food, beverages, personal hygiene and household cleaning).
