This home has a very private backyard with a beautiful mountain view, a pool and above ground hot pool. The master suite has a king bed with dual sinks, showers and jetted tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and bathrooms en suite. The 4th bedroom also has a queen bed and a powder room adjacent. The media room has an additional four twin beds and another powder room adjacent.

This property is dedicated as a high end vacation rental. You have access to the entire property. Dual entry choices make for convenience with parking both in the front and back of the property. Access to the back and garage is through a private driveway with automated gate.

Although we are often away on our own adventures, we will make sure there will be someone available to answer questions and offer assistance should a need arise. We respect our guests' privacy so unless we hear from you you most likely won't hear from us.
Rancho Mirage has a strict ordinance regarding vacation rentals as well as a strict noise ordinance. Large parties are not allowed nor amplified outdoor music.
Absolutely no smoking inside and no pets. Although children are welcome, the POOL IS NOT FENCED. This requires constant supervision on the part of parents/caregivers. Also, we don't have amenities for young children such as high chairs or toys.
