The feedback are many, and as they are important to our readers, to complete an idea of Magma Home and how we do our work with passion, I will be schematic.
Parking, as Shelby was particularly disappointed for this: no communication between us and no description of Magma Home suggests there is secure parking included in the price. If I was asked the opportunity to park, I replied, "Yes, in the street or in a garage." Obviously the garage you pay.
Same thing for flat walk. We are on the third floor without a lift, it is written in the description. The rooftop terrace (the silence, peace, relaxation, with or without wine / beer) repays every step done. But mind you, it is doable by anyone! There are too many! ;)
For safety: in the many reviews that can be read (as well as directly from many people we meet every month), the perception of safety is excellent. Naples has an unfairly "bad name". To consider that Shelby stayed in mid-August when Naples is practically "deserted", perhaps this has helped to distort the perception of security.
Cleaning: despite the difficulty of the weekend of "Ferragosto" we have ensured the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas just jumping one day. Shelby when he knew that we had booked the last room available and would have to change the last night going into a room not suitable for children. When we receive reservation we always try to offer the best solution to the needs of the guests, informing us on the age of the children if any, adults etc. We are very attentive to guests' needs. Not always able to meet expectations. But the vast majority of the time we overcome ;)

Magma Home offers a hotel service with private rooms with air-conditioning, etc., but in a "home". We love this aspect... the "mood home", like "a luxury youth hostel".
We can not preside over the common areas, but we remind everyone to pay attention to mutual respect. The luxury of having a big house available, but sharing it among travelers, enthusiastic, people from all over the world.

In summary, i think people take for granted a constant and total availability 24 hours a day, always ready to respond to requests even in the dead of night, waiting for them for hours because delayed, etc. You get used.
