This two bedroom apartment offers a contemporary interior that combines space, brightness, wide open views, quiet, and modern amenities. Walk out of the door and you are greeted by fairytale views of the Eiffel Tower.
This splendid, charming apartment, located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower and has all that one could hope for in terms of brightness, peace and quiet, comfort, modern amenities and style. The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is an elevator in the building. The living room is exceptionally bright and airy and is decorated in light shades of cream, beige and red and is complete with a large flat screen television, and a comfortable sofa.The open plan dining area is perfect for entertaining with a large table seating six, while the modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a small American style breakfast area which sets a truly wonderful ambiance.The master bedroom is elegantly decorated in light green and fresh white with two large windows (with double glazing) allowing immense light into this beautiful room. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be united in a queen sized bed. The bedrooms are both good-sized rooms with top quality bends and mattresses, and contain large wardrobe space with large mirrored doors.

We will either arrange a key exchange or be waiting for you in the building in order to welcome you and show you the apartment. If you wish we can also provide private transfer from either Paris airport or trains stations.

Terms of Rental **The tenant and agency agree to the below terms of rental upon confirmation of rental via Airbnb. The tenant agrees to electronically sign the below agreement prior to their arrival once booking is confirmed by email**RENTAL TERMS 1.Arrival: The agency will confirm address for rental and contact information before the tenant's arrival in Paris. Check-in is from 2pm Paris time at the earliest and 5h30pm Paris time at the latest. If the tenant arrives after 5h30pm The Agency will try its best to accommodate the tenant to arrange a key exchange. In the case that this isn't possible there may be a late check in fee. Check-out is no later than 10am Paris time. Should there be no other guests leaving / arriving on your check-in / out days, then we will gladly try and accommodate your choice of time. Please note that in order to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, you would need to book an extra night. 2: Utilities and Housekeeping Utilities are included for stays less than a month. Please note that there is a monthly utilities charge of 100 € for 1 bedroom apartments and 150 € for 2 bedroom apartments. This will be added to the total rental rate at the time of booking. Housekeeping and fresh linen are included in all rentals. Cleaning is performed at the end of the stay for bookings under 11 nights. Additional weekly cleaning is performed for bookings of 11 nights or over. 3. Cancellation: Please see Airbnb Cancellation Policy 4: Living Policy The apartments are private apartment in private buildings, with neighbors. Certain rules must be adhered to by the Tenant, in the common interest. In particular, it is forbidden to disturb the peace beyond 10pm (loud voices, loud footsteps on wooden floors, loud TV or music, clothes washer, etc). Also, the number of people sleeping in the apartment may not exceed that specified at the time of confirmation. Finally, because of risks of allergies, the need to maintain the properties up to our standards and contract agreement with the apartment's owners, we do not permit pets, or smoking. In addition, professional use (commerce, meetings, etc.), or social gatherings / parties are forbidden. 5: Amenities: Should advertised equipment (Internet, Cable TV, dish washer, etc.) not function during a stay, the agency guarantees to promptly intervene to repair it. While every measure will be taken to get the equipment repaired as soon as possible, repairs may be subject to delays on the side of the equipment service provider. The agency cannot be held responsible for these delays that are beyond their control. 6: Insurance Civil insurance differs from country to country and the responsibility of the agency or that of the owner cannot be implied in any case such as accident, loss, robbery or other. Therefore, we strongly recommend subscribing to a multi-risk insurance policy to cover yourself and your belongings. 7: Noise or Construction Disturbance: In the event of noise due to construction in an adjoining apartment or communal areas of the building The Agency is not responsible to the guest for any damages. Building management and neighbors are unfortunately not obligated to warn The Agency/ owner of the apartment of construction which makes it sometimes impossible to warn guests prior to their stay. This being said The Agency will warn guests when possible of any building work and will try to provide regular updates as they are made aware by the building management and/or owner of the apartment. 8: Exclusive TRIPLE-R GUARANTEE: In the highly unlikely event of a serious problem, The Agency stands by the quality of its apartments. If at any time during your stay a problem arises that renders your apartment unfit for purpose, then The Agency will either Repair, Relocate or Refund. That means we contractually guarantee you that we'll either repair the issue quickly, or failing that relocate you to an apartment of equal or higher status or refund the remainder of your stay. **The tenant and The Agency agree to the above terms of rental upon confirmation of rental via Airbnb.**
