Timber floors, staircases and ceilings are framed by wall to ceiling glass, with splashes of concrete showcased in feature walls and cabinetry. The unique exterior features wooden privacy panelling to maximise natural light while still ensuring the utmost seclusion.
Beach Box's front elevation looks to the long stretch of Belongil coastline, with rustic timber panels encasing a hidden front door.
Simple fixtures continue the natural theme, with timber, chrome and copper throughout as well as raw, organic furniture and soft furnishings.
Downstairs at Beach Boxt, wide-open living spaces flow out to extensive, sun-drenched outdoor decking and reveal large grassed lawns and a sparkling 9.5m in-ground pool. With the entire back of the house surrounded by Hinterland views, Beach Box captures the most spectacular, unparalleled Byron Bay sunsets.
One of five ensuite bedrooms is located in the downstairs area, as well as a separate powder room. Continuing the dramatic glass theme, downstairs boasts three glass walls featuring frameless swivel doors, as well as floor to ceiling, wall to wall stackable glass doors.
The staircase to the second floor features a beautiful, living wall full of stunning greenery. Upstairs is home to four spacious ensuite bedrooms, all drinking in the stunning views of Byron Bay’s beautiful Belongil Beach.
