Lovely flat with private entrance and secluded south-west facing garden. Located in Glasgow's vibrant West End, the property is only minutes walk from subway & train stations and is an ideal base for sightseeing, business or leisure.

Wonderful garden flat with south-west facing rear garden and private entrance via the rear garden. Guests will have a real sense of privacy in a West End home from home. The flat is part of a 3 storey townhouse built in 1800's - The garden flat is completely self contained on the lower ground floor, with the hosts living in the upper floors of the property.

The hosts will meet you on arrival and show you around the property.

Guests will be left to enjoy their time in the property, but should you require help the hosts are available to assist at any time. The hosts live in the upper part of the townhouse and are happy to help with any needs.

This is a quiet residential area that is very close to the amenities of Byres Road and the West End. The rear garden benefits from sunshine all afternoon/evening and if the weather cooperates you might even get to use the BBQ.

The property is very close to subway and railway stations. Glasgow airport is around 15 minutes away by taxi.

Ideally the flat is comfortable for 2 guests but can accommodate 4 for shorter stays.

Can't imagine a better location to get best of both worlds - a beautiful quiet quarter that is a really short walk to restaurants and bars and Byres Road. The apartment is stylish and homely at once and more roomy than appears on pics. Hosts gave us a warm welcome and offered useful information to our questions about local area and family friendly eateries. Lovely sunny garden and playground very close by makes it perfect for families. Walkable to station.

Ksenija and Jason's flat is a wonderful place to stay! The place itself is lovely and is very convenient for seeing the city. We received a very warm welcome from Ksenija who provided us with everything we needed for a perfect stay in Glasgow.

From the moment we arrived Ksenija was friendly and made us feel welcome. The flat is spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed has a firm but comfortable mattress. The living room is large, with huge comfy sofas and the sun streams in during the morning. Perfect for breakfast time. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality utensils and appliances and there were even some food items i.e. spices, juice, butter, jam etc which we could use. Extra touches like the small vase of fresh cut flowers in the bathroom show that Ksenija & Jason go the extra mile to make guests feel at home in their lovely apartment. Nearby Partick underground and overground Hyndlands stations meant it was easy to get around. We enjoyed the cafes and restaurants within walking distance in the neighbourhood, which is full of striking sandstone buildings, mostly residential. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent hosts, left milk, bread and goodies and were easily accessible if needed. Excellent amenities within the flat if needed, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Close to public transport and within walking distance to west end .Thoroughly lovely apartment and would highly recommend.
