Just three blocks from the St. Charles Avenue parade route and historic streetcar line and two blocks from Magazine Street (crammed with hip boutiques, savory restaurants, and elegant antique shops and art galleries), you’ll find everything you need in this pristine four-bedroom Uptown/ Garden District townhouse. We are a perfectly-located 5-10 minute taxi drive to the French Quarter and a 5-10 minute drive to the Audubon Zoo.

From a safe, well-lit, off-street parking lot to a full kitchen and laundry room, this home delights with all new furniture, mattresses, and bedding. Groups of up to 12 will have plenty of space among the four bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The first floor has one twin bed and one bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on the top (works great for families), along with a half bathroom. The second floor has one bedroom with a king size bed and full bathroom, and a second bedroom with two queen size beds and full bathroom. The third floor loft has two twin beds and a full bathroom. The second and third floor bedrooms each boast a walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor. The kitchen holds a full set of flatware, silverware, glassware, and all cooking necessities, a Keurig coffeemaker well-stocked with a variety of Keurig pods, a dishwasher, range, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and toaster oven, complete with all cleaning supplies. We are located just two blocks from a Fresh Market.

**IMPORTANT TO NOTE**
This townhouse in a residential development with many elderly residents and working professionals. Because of this, we do not rent to groups of more than 6 adults with no children, or who are not related to each other (such as a wedding group or family reunion), even though the rental sleeps 12. We know that part of the allure of New Orleans is the fantastic night life, and, really, no one knows for sure that someone in their large group of adult friends won't over-indulge and end up causing a disturbance for our neighbors.

Guests can access the entire townhouse, the shared gated courtyard, and the safe, well-lit, off-street parking lot.

Absolutely no pets and no smoking inside or in the courtyard. Any smoking inside will result in immediate request to vacate with loss of deposit. Guests are also asked to be respectful of the neighbors. Should guests become loud or disruptive to the extent that we believe it is negatively impacting neighbors (or neighbors complain), we will ask you to immediately vacate with loss of deposit. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without advance permission from owners. No events or parties on property.

One parking lot space is available for the townhouse, and the vehicle parked there must display the blue guest parking permit located next to the microwave on the dashboard at all times. No oversized vehicles, boats, trailers, etc., are allowed in the parking lot. Guests may also park conveniently on Amelia Street right outside of the townhouse’s Amelia Street entrance.
