Spacious double storey detached apartment with private entrance. Air Conditioned.

Downstairs area comprises an open plan lounge with flat screen TV with DSTV and fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Also a spacious separate bathroom with large shower, toilet & handbasin. One single bed downstairs.

Upstairs comprises a large open plan bedroom with queen-sized bed & small single bed, open plan dressing room and bathroom with freestanding bath, toilet & hand basin Bathroom separated from bedroom by built-in wardrobes.

We have a camping cot available on request.

Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, Iron and ironing board. Crockery, utensils and basic condiments provided.
We offer a welcome pack which comprises some breakfast goodies for your first breakfast. We also provide some tea, coffee & milk.

Ideally located for easy access to N1 motorway, Wine region , Cape Town city, Waterfront etc. Very close to Cape Gate and Durbanville medi clinics so ideal as a home from home when visiting family in hospital.
5 mins from Cape Gate & Okovango shopping centres and Virgin Active Gym.

Guests have their own private entrance with security gate. Secure parking for 1 car and ample on street parking on quiet street directly outside - patrolled by ADT security. Full access to small garden in front of the apartment.

The apartment is totally private however the hosts live on the property should guests require any assistance or advice.
Guests determine how much or little interaction they would prefer.

Quiet, secure neighbourhood with direct easy access to the N1 motorway- great to get to Cape Town (20mins) or Winelands (20 mins) and beaches.
Very close to Cape Gate shopping centre (1km) Okovango shopping centre etc. - good restaurants, cinemas & shops. Very close to takeaway outlets.

No public transport but Uber operate in the area.

What a fantastic stay. Very cute, cozy and well equipped place. Linda and Colin where amazing. Helpful in every respect. Would highly recommend staying there.

This beautiful, modern flat was just perfect: very tidy, looked after and the sort of place we would certainly return to. Linda was lovely when we arrived. She gave us her number in case we needed anything, and pointed out a few little things that are there to make our stay comfortable, including some unexpected snacks in the fridge. Thank you.

Great hosts. Stocked the fridge with a few things and ensured there was coffee/tea. Comfortable place were we were able to relax.

I am a busy mom of 2 young kids, an entrepreneur and wife. I was born in South Africa but live in Ireland. I manage my parents property online - I do the online stuff and they do the hosting! My parents, Colin & Linda are friendly, kind & generous hosts so needless to say their guests are always happy & well cared for.

As for me, besides managing their bookings in my spare time, I have my own business producing handmade natural soaps and body products (The Hibernian Botanical Company) and raise my kids. I love to cook for friends & family and to travel as much as I can - locally and abroad. I enjoy creating - be it food, interior design & decor or products!
