Estudio Rural is a magical place, and Dimas was very helpful throughout our one-week stay. We arrived by bus on a very windy evening late at night, and it was crucial that we had the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)maps directions from the bus stop in Frontera to the road where the house is located. There's free wifi on the Frontera bus stop if needed. I recommend others to do that in advance, as the house is reached via a path into the hill that we would otherwise struggle to find. We were in touch with Dimas and he also helped us. There was another point later during our stay when I needed to call him, and he responded immediately. The El Hiero is a beautiful island, nature is a piece of art, there are hiking trails starting from the house, going either into the hills or along the sea, and our favourite beach was Charco Azul, which is about half an hour walk away. Buses are also convenient and cost only 1.14 euros, so we used them a lot. Everyone on the island is kind and friendly, twice people picked us up in their car when we were walking on a hot day and took us back to Tigaday - we didn't need to even ask!
