The neighborhood is stunning with a tree lined street and extremely friendly neighbors. You'll feel safe in this neighborhood to go for a leisurely walk or a brisk jog.
I've lived here for over 12 years and absolutely love it.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
Very seldom do I see guests because I am so busy as are their schedules usually, but I'm always a text or phone call away if needed. I try to stay out of the way.
Have fun! That's rule number one! After that I believe it's just mutual respect and kindness that makes everyone happy.
I didn’t used to have any rules, but unfortunately after 4 years of airbnb I’ve had to enforce a few. After all, airbnb is both a privilege for you and me. Living together in harmony is a compromise. So in order to keep it harmonious and economical for all parties I’ve written a few guidelines and rules. Hey, it’s cheaper than a hostel and you don’t have to share a room!
Always lock the front door when entering and leaving.
Please be very discrete in the neighborhood and kind to my neighbors. Airbnb is a touchy subject and we want everyone to stay happy.
If you have a pet, prior consent must be given by me before approving booking. If you have been approved to bring a pet, please always pick up after them and keep them with you at all times. Absolutely no barking allowed.
No guests allowed without prior written consent to me through airbnb website. Absolutely no overnight guests.
Please leave common areas exactly the way you found them.
Please limit your time in common areas.
You’re welcome to enjoy the enclosed front or back patios but please no loitering on the front lawn at all.
Smoking is allowed only on the front patio in the private porch. If you are going to chain smoke, please leave the property.
Please close your door at all times.
Consider your noise level as there are neighbors either above, below or next to you. This includes talking on the phone, t.v. volume, and playing music.
Food, Beverages, Condiments & Spices; If you did not buy them, don’t use them.
You’re welcome to use all dishes & kitchen appliances, but please make sure to clean them and put them back where you found them.
Please be conservative with the use of space in the refrigerator and pantry when storing your groceries.
Please clean out your refrigerated & pantry items upon check out.
Large items of trash may be placed in the back patio & I will dispose. Please make sure to break down any cardboard boxes.
Please do not pour oil or coffee grounds down the sink or any fibrous items, as it will clog drains.
Shampoo is there for your use on the top left shelf until you can find time to purchase your own.
No flushing anything down the toilet except toilet paper. We have very sensitive pipes since it was built in 1927.
Please limit your time in the bathroom & consider others that might be waiting. We’ve yet to have an issue and want to keep it that way.
Please make sure to leave the bathroom the way you found it.
$5 per load washed & dried
Unfortunately due to past experience & the rising costs of water & electricity not to mention the wear & tear on the washer & drier, I charge $5 per load of laundry. It is on the honor system and money may be put into the jar on the shelf above the dryer.
Please provide your own laundry detergent, bleach and fabric softener.
