Impossible to check-in, not enough hot water. No body to contact regarding issues. Although lovely building, very spacious, great location.

The only issue we had was that the carpets and floored had not been hoovered. We found clumps of hair and nail clippings around the home. Also a lack of dining table which is odd given that there's tons of plates and stuff to cook with. Overall enjoyed our stay, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are lovely, in a good location for the town.

I have stayed in a few AirBnBs in Newcastle and this is without doubt the best (by some distance). Very reasonably priced (for what you're getting), great location, exceptionally clean and well equipped and check-in was a breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay in Newcastle, and this apartment was pretty spot on for what we required. The location could not have been more convenient - just a stones throw from the main town! However, there were a few negative points - the apartment was lacking some basic kitchen amenities and there was no spare toilet paper. There was not enough hot water for 4 of us to have hot showers (none of us had particularly long showers). The flat was not cleaned to the standard we would have expected - there were dirty towels left in one of the bathrooms, skid marks in one of the toilets, the dishes had to be re-washed before use, and the pool table and balls were very sticky. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this apartment for the location, and it was a great size for two couples. Hopefully it will be more thoroughly cleaned for future guests.
