So good we went back 4 months later! Apartment is true to pictures and description. Very peaceful area and we had sole use of the pool during our stay

The house is even better than the photos. total privecy, fully equipped kitchen with more than you could need. house is stricktly non smoking so my advise is don't even smoke in the balcony, smoke down near the pool because it botherd the hosts. comunication was great and fast, Jim amswered quickly and informative to every question we had. the instructions to the house from the airport was brilliant, no need to use gps. great stay!!

A magnificent apartment. From the first minute you feel like home. The location is very convenient. You can choose either to move to the north (Latsi) or to the south (down Paphos). I highly recommended.

Great apartment, all the comforts of home and more. Great location for town, just a short walk for lots of dinner options. The balcony overlooks the pool, which we mainly had to ourselves the whole time.

Jim's apartment is perfect for a small family or group of friends to stay whilst in Paphos. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and very well presented. The apartment is well set-up and well appointed with everything that you need for a short, medium or longer term stay (we stayed over a month) including a fully equipped kitchen, linen, TV and internet - and even nice touches like beach equipment and a small mobile BBQ. The view from the apartment is spectacular over Paphos town and out to sea. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well located near to the lower Tala shops - there is a great Italian restaurant called Casa Luna very close and the shops have a bar, a well stocked (if not expensive!) convenience store. Jim was very responsive whilst booking, and throughout the arrivals process - and he responded to email queries usually within 1 hour. He also has a great property manager who is available to fix any issues in person. Thoroughly recommended.

Very beautiful views! Great way to experience village life in Tala. Lovely, clean and comfortable. Very helpful owner and manager with fast response time. Excellent value. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
