Chateau Marmont nearby, contemporary, great energy, views, centrally located: Hollywood Hills, adjoining double garage: access to the house, pool, hot tub, artificial grass, carpeted area. NO PARTIES or EVENTS.

Le logement

This is Hollywood. You are located at its most central point, overlooking Sunset Plaza, walk to the famous Chateau Marmont for a cool lunch or dinner, or Katana for Sushi, we are on the side of the Hollywood Hills, and a safe and secure area, this house has panoramic views of the city from east to west with the ocean in far view, the sun is from morning until night. The salt water pool and spa is in the sun all day and evening, and four (4) hidden laminar deck jets spray water into the pool and spa. The garage is carpeted, and an entire wall is mirrored, in case you wish to take advantage of the gym equipment, such as, kick bag, kettle bells, medicine ball, yoga mat. The garage fits two cars easily.

We provide: Tea, instant coffee, cafe'tair', Nespresso tablets, hot chocolate, organic sugar, Extra Virgin Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, Coconut oil, sea salt, pepper, various spices, paper kitchen towels, toilet rolls. Bathroom towels. Beach Towels.

1. Smoking allowed outside with ash trays.
2. Bring your own Ipod and link up your own music that will play in every room in the house, and also around the Pool/Spa area, surround sound indoor and outdoor by BW speakers.
4. Use the tin, and frozen foods that is already there, its organic, but please replace with similar or same for the next group, it will save you shopping when you arrive.

Various instructions & Rules:

* Strictly NO parking on the Driveway, or Easement.

* Wi-Fi: RADIO HOLLYWOOD. PASS CODE: MY CELL NUMB(phone number hidden)
* Entering the house. The key lock-box is located on the white railings, as you look the garage its to the left, you slide the lock-box from inside/behind the green panel side door. The code will be given when booked on the day off entrance. Once inside, and have located the actual 2 sets you will use for your own usage, then please return the key to the lock-box, closing it and shift the numbers from the code for safety.
* The actual sets of keys you will use, are as follows, 2 sets of keys are supplied, plus 1 remote fob for the garage, please leave on the kitchen counter top, when your rental is complete, and your already to exit.
* Pool remote controller operates the Spa, the pools system is set automatically, do not adjust the programming or settings it will disrupt the servicing and running of the pool, as it is fully automatic, the pool pump starts at 10AM, and goes off at 4PM. The pool is solar heated, for additional heat in cooler periods, the gas heater may be used, at 50.00USD per day.
* Pool service is carried out every Tuesday, Jose, our trusted pool guy, he works most of the house in the area, and is excellent at his job, he has a separate slave key to enter via the trades entrance at the side of the house, his key does not fit any other lock ONLY the service gate.
* The Spa can be operated by the remote, please stand outside the house by the pool since its remote, you simply press the lowest bottom right hand button on the control to power the remote up. Then once powered up, press the top left hand button that says “Spa”, and it warms up automatically, depending on weather it can take 30 minutes to get to the set temp at a 98. So please be patient, and do not adjust the heat please, we find 98 is very comfortable heat for all. Once in the Spa, you can press the 4th button down on the left hand side that says “Air Blower”, this will create bubbles within the Spa. When finished please ensure to press both the “Air Blower”, and Spa button, and the green lights will go off.
* The “deck jets” can ONLY be operated ALONE, and not with the “Laminar Jets”, so when you look at the remote you see both buttons on the right hand side numbers 8 and 9: deck jets, and laminar, do not work these jets together, either laminar or deck jets, NOT both.
* The gardening service team-arrive every Tuesday, they also have a slave key, so please also be aware of this.
* MUSIC: Is Wi-Fi, via your iPod or iPhone or device, you must turn the power on at the two amplifiers above the washer dryer in the hallway cupboards. You must not turn up the outside music past the suggested marker. It must be set on AUX for the sound to come out of all the speakers. We have speakers in the main reception room, and outside by the pool.
* TV Room, when you press the on button on the remote, it takes a few moments for it to turn on, more then normal, maybe 6 seconds please be patient.
* Master Bedroom right hand cupboard is for use.
* Office / Sofa bed, wardrobe can be used.
* TV Room, wardrobe can be used.
* All the bed bedding is placed in the TV room cupboards, and is marked, please don't mix up the covers for each room.
* Do not take things from cupboards or draws of personal items that belong to owner.
* Do not turn the steering wheel of your car inside the garage as it will rip up the carpet, you can reverse out, and gentle turn the wheels of the car, but NOT when the car is parked.
* The emergency “water stop valve” for the house water supply is a blue lever located outside the master bedroom to the left of the sliding door.
* A fire extinguisher is also placed inside the washer dryer cupboard.
* There are numerous canisters labeled in the kitchen cupboards, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, organic sugar, spices.
* The fire pit out in the yard, gas can be turned on just to the left of the sliding door, outside the office/bedroom, use the supplied red igniter that is placed in the master bedroom or kitchen.
* The fireplace in the master bedroom, gas can be operated to the right of the fireplace.
* The fireplace in the reception, gas can be operated to the left of the fireplace.
* Alarm should it go off, code is 2226

* No filming of Pornography.
* No events unless pre arranged and contracted, and paid for.
* Parties welcome but have to be pre agreed.
* Films, Commercials, advertising, photography shoots accepted, under contract.
* Do not block the easement or driveway with cars because its a safety issue, and it also blocks both the neighbours garage, and driveway.
* 1 car can be parked in the garage, all other cars on the street.
* Your deposit will be lost if the following is not adhered to.
* This above is for the safety of all.

We spent a really nice time in this very luxuous villa, in the middle of Hollywood. The house was great. Everything was just such as beautiful as the photos, even more, and the location was perfect. The person who welcomed us, Nick, was really friendly and available the whole time. We highly recommend this house for a family trip and we'll keep unforgettable memories.

Spectacular home and views. Location was less than one minute to Sunset Blvd. The home lays out very well for a small family. Everything was very well presented and intuitive. Host was terrific in gaining access and availability.

Great place.. Amazing view and very comfortable, top location.. The home Is stacked with Hollywood character and tasteful flair.. Peter and Roger who hosted us were super helpful and accommodating.. Would definitely take up the spot again in the future.

What a great place! Clean, tastefully designed and one of the best views in Los Angeles. Better than the best hotel. Our host Peter was great and our family can't wait to go back. I wish we lived there. It is the perfect LA retreat. THANK YOU.
