Le logement

This recently built townhouse in H&H is in the heart of Yaletown! This 2 level suite has a sprawling 1,250 square feet, 2 bedrooms and den plus lots of in suite storage and 2.5 bathrooms.

The main floor has its own balcony, a 2-piece powder room, generous amounts of storage, an open kitchen with granite countertops, gas range, stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island, fireplace etc. The upper level comprises of 2 bedrooms and a den. The master bedroom has a 5-piece (double sink) ensuite & a good size office/den area.

Included: Linens, towels, cable TV (basic), WiFi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, Portable A/C.

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup etc), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (will be 2 paper rolls complimentary upon arrival) , paper towels.

* Minimum stay is 30 nights
* We can add to every suite up to 2 folding twin size beds (air mattress)
* All reservations will be confirmed with-in 24 hours after booking.
* Minimum rental age is: 25
* We do NOT host events/ parties/ or overnights in our suites at the moment
* Parking is available at $12 per day
* All prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking. We reserve the right to not accept a booking.
* If you have small kids we can also supply a pack and play at a $25 fee (one time charge)
*No pets and no smoking

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3PM PST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11AM. Early or late check-in/outs can be arranged upon availability. If check-in is after 8PM, an additional $75 charge will be added. Early check-in could be accommodated, subject to our cleaning crew being able to gain access to the suite after your arrival.
When you enter Canada via car or after you have already cleared customs at the airport - contact our check-in personnel to arrange the time to meet in front of your apartment building with the keys. Our property manager will schedule the exact time and where to meet you, if you happen to arrive earlier than our property manager, please wait for him outside of the building and avoid any request from the building concierge.
2. CONCIERGE. DVR personnel is providing concierge service during your stay – please do not contact the building’s concierge directly – they will not provide you with service.
3. ID - A copy of your ID will be taken at the time of the check-in.
4. REPLACEMENT UNIT. In the case the reserved suite becomes unavailable for any reason, DVR will have the right to substitute for an alternative property.
5. ENTRY KEYS/FOBS. There is a $150 charge for each set of entry fob and/or key that is lost.
6. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS. DVR is not responsible for lost or stolen items throughout the duration of the guest’s stay. Please do not keep valuables in the suite or in your vehicle at any time.
7. PERSONAL INJURY. DVR is not responsible for any injuries to guests and/or their properties throughout the duration of their stay please get your own insurance ahead of time.
8. NOISE LEVELS. Excessive noise causing disturbances to neighboring suites is not permitted, especially between the hours of 10pm to 8am daily. In the case of a noise complaint, guests may be subject to a fine according to the building regulations.
9. DAMAGE. The guest is fully responsible for any damage made to the apartment during your stay and hereby authorizes DVR to charge the guest’s credit card to cover these damages.
10. ALL SUITES ARE NON-SMOKING UNITS. If smoking is detected inside the suite, guests are subject to fine of a minim. Supply. – DVR is providing to the suites - Linens, towels, bedding, Wi-Fi Internet and cables – please bring with you: soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toiletries.

This is a great place and they met us at the place and any and all question we had were answered right away and the few things we needed to help our stay they provided same day. This town home was perfect for our family.

The townhome was in Yaletown, about 1 block from the metro stop. It was easy to get around, had great restaurants and gyms around. The apartment was clean and inviting

El apartamento estuvo espectacular, muy bien ubicado con todas las comodidades necesarias para tener una estadia fantastica en Vancouver. El unico incoveniente fue que estaba roto el horno de la cocina y nos imposibilitó cocinar pero pese a eso en general es un gran apartamento. Es de recalcar la buena predisposición de Rami siempre prendiente de que tengamos una buena estadía. Muchas gracias.

Very disappointing. Aside from its great location this place left us wanting more and feeling ripped off. It is clearly not taken care of and is over priced for the quality of accommodation. Without rambling about every small detail here's a short list: oven did not work (had repair man in for 2 hrs and did not fix it), air con was portable units which leaked all over the floor (had clearly been leaking for some time yet nothing was done about it - bedroom floor saturated), washing machine and dryer would not work (clothes never dry), dishwasher had to be run 2-3 times to get clean, apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before check in (garbage left lying on floor, feeling of uncleanliness), electrical breakers would break a few times per day, poor lighting, stained carpets, bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned. I would never rent from "Dream" rentals again. They clearly do not take care of their properties, yet charge a premium for rent.

Thank you for your response, I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy this suite which is one of our most popular suites, and you can see previous guests reviews that loved this property. We do apologize regarding the oven we had to order another part to repair it and now it is working great. we were not aware that there is an issue with the portable A/C thank you for letting us know - it has been replaced. The washer/dryer and the dishwasher are working fine, we will add instructions for the next guests to avoid any confusion. We apologize if the unit wasn't clean as per your standards - We do encourage every guest that stays with us to let us know if there is any issue with unit, our staff is helpful and will solve the issue as soon as possible.

great apartment in a very hip and trendy part of the city. Close to many restaurants and subway station. Great amenities provided in the apartment. Checkin and out was easy and straightforward. Overall a great experience at this place!
