Our units: All of our units are full time rentals. They're professionally managed and cleaned by our housekeeping staff, and we try to keep them in perfect condition. That being said, you’re not staying in someone’s personal home and there won’t be personal items in the space. Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished apartment!
Hotel Style: All units are stocked with bath towels, hair dryers, and hotel-style body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Check out all the pictures!

The apartment is a great space for a small family or group of friends exploring Santa Monica and LA, and is also suitable for short term or corporate rentals.
- 900 square feet of living space
- 2 bedrooms with one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed with memory foam mattresses and cozy comforters to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter
- 2 attached bathrooms
- Household linens (Sheets, comforters, towels)
- Shampoo / conditioner and body wash
- Pullout full/queen sized sofabed in the living room
- Hair dryer
- Iron / ironing board
- 50" flat screen TV!
- Cable TV
- Keurig coffee maker with K-cups and non-dairy creamer
- Electric kettle for boiling water
- Refrigerator and freezer
- Kitchen stocked with all the essentials to cook and eat at home.
- High-speed WiFi
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Secured garage parking with 1 space
- Central heat/AC
Payment: Since I get many questions about this, I want to clarify here; when you want to book this apartment, you "submit a booking" and provide your payment information. You will then be charged in full by Airbnb, but the funds will be held until the day after you check-in, which is when I get paid.
Deposit: Airbnb does not charge the deposit unless there is a claim for damages after you check-out.
When sending me a message, please include the following phrase at the very beginning, "I love LA". This will indicate to me that you have read all the specifics about the listing and I would be more than happy to answer any additional questions. :)
1.No Parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am local time.
2.Onsite building staff has no affiliation with our company. Please do not disturb them at any time.
-In the unfortunate event you get locked out, there will be a $100 lockout fee and $75 loss key charge.
-Smoking tobacco or any other substance is not permitted in or on the property, including balconies. A fine of $300 will be charged if smoking of any substance takes place in the unit, thank you kindly for your cooperation.
5.No Pets without prior written consent.
6.You are responsible for your guests' actions at all times.
7.Limit occupancy to 4 guests for a 1 bedroom, 6 guests for a 2 bedroom, and 8 guests for a 3 bedroom.
8.Leave Keys, fobs, parking passes and pool passes behind. If any of these are not returned, a fee will be charged.
9.Late check out fee
-Please be advised that there is a $75 charge per 30 minutes exceeding check out time of 11AM
10.Take your belongings home with you.
-If an item/items are left being, there will be a $25 fee in addition to shipping costs.
11.We are authorized to charge you for damages, extra cleaning, and late check-out.
Either my property manager or I will be there to greet and check you in. After, you may contact us via phone or email with any questions about the apartment or surrounding area and we would be happy to provide you with recommendations for restaurants and shopping. To give you a little background on myself, I'm a friendly SoCal native, (yes, we do exist) I Iove spending time with my family and friends and really enjoy meeting new people and hearing stories about their travels and adventures in life. I love to travel myself! I have many, many places on my bucket list! I currently live in Santa Monica and love this area because of its proximity to great shopping, restaurants and the beach, plus it gives us a good hybrid of city and suburban life. It's a great getaway from the craziness of LA.
