The house may have one other shared guest or landlord present, dependent on your duration and time of year that you are intending on staying. In the event of the landlord sharing; another guest or if a single room is not suitable an upgrade could be discussed further with a different rate I.e., master bedroom with super king size four posted bed utilised.
The use of the ICT office/study may be available (to be discussed). Almost all household appliances can be accessed to assist with your daily living I.e., washing, cleaning, eating, drinking etc.
The house has a large bathroom on the 2nd floor that includes a toilet with a small toilet with wash hand basin on the 1st floor. The ground floor has utility room for drying and ironing clothes.
Garden access for al fresco dining is encouraged dependant on suitable weather with BBQ facilities to be discussed further.
Garage and lofts would generally have no access. However, needs can be further discussed.

Respect the house the way you would treat your own with a commitment to safety, health and hygiene, cleaning as you go respecting others at a reasonable noise level to foster relationships. Enjoy yourself living in and outside of the house/home.
