Place is so serene and beautiful. The nipa huts or kubo are lit!! We really enjoyed our short stay. Owners were so kind to let us check in early and check out late. Place were a bit far from the town proper but we don't mind since we really want to be away from the crowd and noise. You can also order food (depends on what is available) and the serving is generous. Theres also free brewed coffee on the main hut. You can also do bonfire but you have to pay small amount for the woods I guess. This place is definitely worth considering if you're planning for a sagada trip.

We loved staying in the huts and they arranged a guide for us for the whole day (short caving and echo valley)(EMAIL HIDDEN)munication was a bit hard and pricey to get rides to and from town. Yummy breakfast. Peaceful atmosphere!

The Sagada traditional house/hut was an experience worth reminiscing! Jayson's staffs were all very friendly, and accommodating. Even the people in the vicinity/neighbourhood were friendly and lovely people. Our transport guy, Henry was exceptionally efficient. We will definitely use your accommodation again in the future, and we highly recommend it to those who wanted to experience a true Sagada dwelling. Awesome.

While it was a very fun experience to be staying in a hut that is similar to the indigenous people of northern Philippines, the overall experience of the place was not as enjoyable. It was clean, but despite being clean I felt cockroaches crawling on me as I tried to sleep. I had trouble sleeping because there was a lot of loud music and many dogs barking all night. On a more positive note, the view of the rice terraces near Sagada was amazing as we walked back to the heritage village in the afternoon.. and we wouldn't have seen that if we didn't stay there. Also the entrance to Sumaging Cave was just down the road from the hut and we were able to access it quicker than most people who have to either walk 40 min to the entrance or pay a fee for transportation to the entrance. The Gaia Cafe was close by and super delicious with a good view. Overall it was good, but we did decide to leave a day early and go closer to town for a cheaper stay.

The place is very nice and the people work there are very accommodating. There's an unlimited coffee and the food is great! If you are a dog lover and want to experience sleeping in a traditional hut, then, Jayson's place is the place to be! We met Corky and lots of friendly dogs there. The place is also near Gaia Cafe and Sumaging Cave. The only few problems we had was the wifi and the tranportation going there. If you are traveling in a private car then it's easy to go to the city proper as the place resides south of the city. If not, you need to hire a van as there are no public vehicles going there from the city proper and it would cost you 250 pesos. But overall, the place is excellent! We will definitely book again!
