Condo Rules do not permit Guests to bring Pets.
Our condo is Non-Smoking.
Trailers are not permitted in the Bay Princess parking lot.
Our condo is an end unit located on the 4th (top) floor of the Bay Princess. It is located bayside on Coastal Highway with an ocean view from the front door and master bedroom. Easy access by either stairwell or elevator next to unit. Enjoy breath-taking bay views from the large balcony, a short stroll to the beach, a heated pool, parking, and family-friendly restaurants and entertainment all in walking distance.

Checkin is on Saturday after 3pm. Checkout is on Saturday by 10am.
We will provide entry code, parking passes, pool code and wifi information the week before you arrive.
Please note: Pets are not permitted and No Smoking in the condo.
We will request a signed rental agreement once booked.
The agreement will contain the following:
1. Property Location.
The property is completely furnished and includes kitchen appliances, coffee maker, plates, glasses, pots & pans, etc. There is a full-sized Washer/Dryer, 3 TVs and wifi/internet access.
Guests have access to the condo pool, however, Guests may not invite anyone not staying at the condo to use the pool.
Guests need to supply:

3. Maximum Occupancy.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
4. Term of the Lease.
Confirmation of rental dates and time.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
5. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Condominium Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Guests are responsible for their behavior and resulting consequences. If Guests are evicted due to unlawful behavior, no refund will be issued.
6. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
7. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
PETS are not permitted.
There is NO SMOKING in the condo.
2 parking permits are issued for vehicles.
No trailers are permitted to park in the Bay Princess Parking lot or on OC streets (new rule enforced as of 2016).
