Minimum age to sign the rental agreement is 25 years old.

Monthly rentals welcome... 1 to 3 months.

When you enter our cottage you will immediately notice the updates and detail throughout the home. The open kitchen / living area is cozy with high ceilings and french doors. The cottage is a single-story unit.

A well-behaved dog is welcome at our cottage with prior approval. Pet fee for one dog is $150. The pet fee is not included in the quote and will be added after the reservation is confirmed.

This exquisite Wachesaw Plantation cottage is located 3 miles from white sandy beaches. Travel south to Huntington Beach State Park or 3 miles north to the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk.

Wachesaw Plantation is a private residential community with a premier country club nestled within its streets. Only a dozen cottages are available to rent for a short term or a vacation. The other cottages are private residents occupied by the owners and their families. The Wachesaw Plantation community attracts business travelers, families and golfers. When renting one of our cozy cottages, you are also receiving access to some of the private club's amenities.

We live 3 miles away and can be at the cottage within a moments notice. If you need anything, let us know during your stay.

A hidden Southern gem, Wachesaw Plantation was developed to ensure that it was close enough to see all Murrells Inlet has to offer as well as to make certain that there was plenty to do right within its gates. Our cottage caters to groups, both family and business oriented, and continues to be one of the best and most sought after accommodations in the Murrells Inlet area.

A car is recommended.

Taxi service and Uber is readily available, as well...

We are not affiliated with Wachesaw EAST, a neighboring property.

PARKING: Parking for 2 vehicles in marked parking space "24". Overflow parking is at the pool parking area, about a block away.

RESTRICTIONS: Per the HOA rules... boats, motorcycles, pull-behind trailers, RVs and golf carts are not allowed within the community and will be stopped at the community entrance.
~ Non-smoking cottage including surrounding property
~ Fireworks and noise makers are prohibited.
~ No house parties. No exceptions.

Quiet hours are: 9:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Landscapers are frequently in the area.

CANCELLATIONS:
Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees
The Airbnb service fee is non-refundable.
Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

RESTRICTIONS:
Per HOA rules, the community prohibits the following:
~ boats
~ RVs
~ golf carts
~ pull behind trailers
~ motorcycles and mopeds
~ fireworks and other noise makers
~ house parties or events
~ hanging pool towels, clothing or flags on the porch rails

KEYS: Guests will pick up their key and check-in package at the guard entrance of our community. Instructions will be forwarded about a week prior to check-in.

PARKING: Guests will have 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the cottage. Overflow parking will be at the pool complex about a block away.

SMOKING: Our cottage is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the cottage nor on the grounds. No exceptions.

Refunds will not be given for early departures.

Security deposit: After our satisfactory departure inspection, any refundable security deposit paid by guest will be refunded within the Airbnb security deposit refund policy... typically 7 - 10 days.
