Stay in this wonderful Wellington CBD apartment close to all tourist attractions and entertainment venues. The apartment is extremely quiet and has excellent all day sunlight and great insulation from the winter cold.

At 53sqm, the apartment is around 300% larger than the average hotel room in the same price range. Be amazed by the balcony overlooking the northouse western end of the city and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the skyline.

This apartment is quieter than my other apartment (in the same building), as it has no street frontage and mature neighbors. It is suited to business travelers or couples looking for a quiet and private space.

Your kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare great food, large fridge and clothes washing machine await. Free in apartment WiFi to stay connected with friends and family while experiencing our beautiful city.

Built in 2010, the space is warm during both summer and winter, with the highest earth quake protection rating; this stands out as the ideal place to base yourself in Wellington for a safe and exciting stay.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bathroom and a great view over the north of Wellington City.

2 blocks (4 minutes) walk to Courtenay Place (for shopping, cafes, restaurants and bars), 8 minutes’ walk to Lambton Quay (the main office area in Wellington). 6 minutes’ walk to the beautiful Wellington Waterfront and Te Papa National Museum. Bus stop and supermarket right across the road. 6 minutes’ walk from two Sunday waterfront fresh food markets. There are very few "new" buildings as central as this in Wellington City. Taxi, bus and train options all exist to access areas outside of the central city.

The best part about this stay is the peaceful setting of the apartment, with no street-side but still a great view out the large windows.

Guests have access to this quiet, well located and stunning high end 1 bedroom apartment.

The apartment has both a comfortable double bed to accommodate a single traveler or couple.

Clear and concise communication is something I pride myself on as your host. Check in very late or very early made easy, you can check in at any time. Any problems, I am always a phone call away and have years of experience as a host to help get things back on track. I live in the building so fixing issues is hassle free as long as you communicate any with me.

The immediate area is a typical city neighborhood, full access to the best restaurants, shopping and transport services in the city. The best supermarket in the city is across the road and most places of interest to tourists are within 10 minutes’ walk of the apartment. The neighborhood is very safe.

Buses run from across the street, or Uber which services the apartment at very competitive rates (virtually anywhere in the city for under $9). An amazing 20 minute walk along the waterfront will land you at the Railway Station which will take you anywhere in Wellington quickly.

The cheapest way to/from the airport is the airport bus, with the fastest and cheapest cab option being Uber.

This is a great place ideally two people to explore all that Wellington has to offer and create beautiful memories. The space can cater for a third person/child too. Let me help you create those beautiful memories by staying in my apartment.

Please note that due to NZ food standard regulations no food (e.g. coffee, milk) is provided. These can be purchased right across the road very cheaply from the best supermarket in New Zealand.

All communication is via the AirBnB website/app unless there is an emergency at the property - this is so that there is complete transparency of reference during your stay and unique aspects of your stay are not overlooked.

Absolutely no loud parties at the apartment. If too much noise is made the building manager may request that I ask you to stop the noise or leave the apartment. If the building manager requests you leave due to excessive noise I cannot refuse the request.

Absolutely no smoking within the apartment or on the balcony at any time. Smoking within the apartment may result in being asked to leave the property immediately.

Maximum number of people in the apartment at any one time overnight not to exceed the number of persons paid for in the booking. Failure to comply with this rule will mean instant cancellation on the reservation.

Any broken items or part of the apartment need to be bought to the attention of the property owner via the AirBnB app as soon as possible – we can help you but if we do not know the about the damage and the cost of getting it repaired will increase as we will source the fastest equivalent replacement rather than the cheapest.

Please try to leave the room as close to the condition you found it when you arrived as possible. This includes washing your own dishes and putting them away as you found them.
You may leave the bed unmade and towels on the bathroom floor for washing by our cleaners.

Please kindly leave the key on the kitchen bench when you leave the apartment. Check out is 11:00am sharp on your check out date unless arranged prior. This is very important as we are typically fully booked and it is most likely the next guest will check in at 3pm or earlier on your check
out day.

Do not hesitate to report any issues (including noise) so that we can immediately fix these for you ‐ the hardest part as a host is
when our guests only tell us after check out. Your comfort during your stay is our ultimate goal - we would love to have you back as a return guest!

The rubbish room is located on the opposite side of the car park on level 1.

Please take your keys with you or the building will not allow you to re-enter the Lorne Street wing.
