This lovingly restored and modernised former boathouse stands quietly in its secret garden, nestled behind the redbrick Victorian terraces of Ringsend. It is located just a 15min commute or 30min walk (2.4km) from Trinity College and the city centre.

Échanges avec les voyageurs
We have arranged with a fellow Airbnb host and close friend to meet with our guests to help to make you feel welcome.
We provide a guest manual containing details of local restaurants, amenities and home delivery menus.
Just a few things to note...
We ask that guests do not smoke indoors, but feel free to smoke outside - we even have a smoking seat in the garden!
For safety reasons, we only accept guests that are included on your booking.
We would really appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes before going upstairs as the upper floor is carpeted in a light colour. The ground floor is finished in tile and hardwood so downstairs you are welcome to wear what ever foot wear you feel comfortable in.:-)
We kindly ask that guests do not bring food or drinks up to their bedroom.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 7 jours avant le voyage, vous recevez un remboursement à hauteur de 50 % et les frais de service vous sont remboursés intégralement.

I love travel and have tried to take a significant trip between each career move. My favourite places so far include Guatemala, the Caya's off Belize, Sitges in Spain, the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India and more recently San Francisco.
I love cooking and gardening and grow some of our own vegetables, which I am delighted to be able to do in the middle of the city. We keep some chickens in a dome shaped house called an Eggloo, made by an insensitively named company called Omlet co
Ally, our golden retriever, seems to have accepted them pretty well and doesn't mind any more when they are roaming around the garden.
My language skills in German are pretty poor, but I can just about manage the basics, so if you wish to communicate in German be patient with me.
My partner Stephen and I look forward to meeting you soon.
