My parents will be available for any questions with lots of local knowledge and information of things to do in the area.
Someone will meet you and show you around and then we will leave you to enjoy the place. If you need anything at all they will make themselves available.,
Please note that the nearest cell phone reception and shops is in Punakiki about twenty minutes drive south or Charleston which is twenty minutes drive north. The nearest towns with petrol and supermarkets are Westport or Greymouth so stock up before you come. We do not have power connected but there are battery powered lights and candles provided. The gas cooker is there for all your cooking and an Eski/chilly bin for your perishables. We will provide fresh ice daily. There will also be tea, coffee, milk and a fresh loaf of bread for you on arrival.
There is so much to explore around the area or also just the perfect space to read, eat, sleep and repeat.
We expect a certain level of respect for the property and the native forest as this place is close to our hearts as it soon will be to yours.
please keep rubbish well packed away as possums and wekas can get into it.
Also we ask for a good level of care taken around the fires and candles make sure that the fires are completely dampened and candles extinguished before heading to bed. The main thing we ask is that you treat it like you would any space and most of all enjoy it there is not many places left in the world were you can have a private bomb fire under the moon light.
Hi Im travelling with my partner. We are both very easy going honest friendly people, who love experiencing different parts of the world. We prefer staying in privately owned spots as they always have more character.
I love nothing more then going to places I have never been before and Immersing myself in my surroundings.
Yoga the out doors and food all make me happy.
