Bright walkout basement, newly renovated, 950 square feet with private driveway and entrance. Large windows look out to the fenced pool and hot tub area. Just a 5 minute drive to beautiful beaches and parks, wineries and shopping.
The indoor area created compliments the outdoor living space. The indoor space is newly renovated and is 950 square feet. The open concept design features a large dining room table to sit six comfortably. The living room area has a leather couch and love seat with satellite TV, desk and electric fireplace. The wet bar is equipped with a large fridge, Panasonic Inverter Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher and a built-in wine fridge. (This space does not incorporate a stove or range). Other small appliances such as toaster, kettle, slow cooker are stored in the pantry for your use. An in-suite washer/dryer, iron and ironing board are supplied for your convenience. There are two bedrooms with 3 queen size beds. The beds are new and all linens are supplied. Each bedroom has a 32 inch Smart TV (with Wi-Fi access only). The four-piece bathroom is stocked with towels, blow dryer, shampoo, soaps and other essential toiletries. For your safety the basement has been equipped with a residential sprinkler system as well as smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The outdoor living space features a large covered deck with access to the indoor living area through double french doors. This outside living space is home to a beautiful outdoor kitchen with stainless steel cabinets, bar fridge, tabletop convection oven, infrared hot plate and a BBQ with side burner and work space for preparing meals and refreshments. Access to the heated pool and hot tub is through a gate beside the covered deck. The heated pool and hot tub are located in a fenced in deck area that can be locked to limit access if you are travelling with children. The space is perfect for families who are looking for a place to relax after a day at the beach, sightseeing or staying home to enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, decks and green space.

We will be available throughout your stay to assist you in any way to make your stay enjoyable. We both work full time but can be contacted by message or phone.
Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a single family dwelling neighborhood.
We have very good highway access and are centrally located. Minutes from downtown, the beach and numerous wineries.
There are steps down to the basement access.
We please ask that you respect us and our neighbors. No parties. No smoking. No excessive noise. We will accept small dogs upon review of application with a $15.00 daily rate per dog. Shoes must be removed in the suite. The couch is not for additional overnight guests.
