LARGE 1 bedroom. *Families and Groups* Minutes to NYC, next to Hamilton Park: YARD, 1 large BR, 1 bath w clawfoot tub. Walk 10-15 mins to the Grove Street Path or the Newport PATH stations. Prices Vary

Private and entire apartment is on the 1st floor of a 200 year old wood framed brownstone style dwelling, Dishwasher, Backyard, tall ceilings, and great light. Many wonderful upgrades alongside renovated rooms that mix darling old world charm with contemporary features. Window air conditioners are installed in each bedroom and the living room. The apartment is darling! The apartment is a spacious, clean, and safe home away from home. This is a very large 1 bedroom apartment (by city standards) with fast commute to and from NYC in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to the vibrant and busy town center with terrific restaurants. It is a great solution for larger groups looking for peace and quiet after sight seeing. Hosting more than 9 is crowded and can host as many as 15 (15 would indeed be crowded)

The large bedroom has two beds, each can adjust from a twin to a king size. There are two single sized loft beds with tall ladders that tempt children to climb. Monitor children if you choose to allow them to climb.

The living room is spacious where the there is one bed that adjusts from a single size to a king size. There is one single loft bed and a sofa that converts to a king size bed.

The kitchen and living room are shared together with a large dining table and expansive kitchen with a lot of counter space.

The only bathroom is a larger sized with a vintage clawfoot tub. Navigating this tall tub can be a challenge for the elderly and the very young.

The back yard terrace has a small two person sitting area, great for early morning coffee.

Third floor apartment in a walk-up. I host remotely and a lockbox, attached to the black iron gate outside, allows guests to freely check themselves in after 3pm and out before 11am. The online photos of the entrance and the lockbox will help with the check in process, especially after dark.

Wifi, Internet, large flat Screen TV with 30+ channels, heat, hot water, electricity, and air conditioning. Walk one block for laundry.

LAUNDRY: Included!

Dishwasher: Please do not use. It is out of service.

I host remotely. There is a lockbox outside for guests to freely check themselves in after 3pm and out before 11am. I respond quickly to txt, calls, and emails. Please freely ask questions and let me know what recommendations are needed.

On recommande, excellent rapport qualité /prix.

Location - 10-15 minutes walk to the PATH which was awesome. You can get to manhattan within an hour. Close to Newport mall for shopping and about a 20-25 min drive to jersey gardens. Walking distance to a nearby park if you have young ones and a convenient store a few steps away from the apartment. Lots of amazing places to eat around the area. Close to the turnpike freeway and holland tunnel if you drive and need access to the toll freeway. Parking - Given the fact that the location your staying has close proximity to many accessible restaurants and stores, parking can be quite difficult. You may find yourself moving your car every two hours so you don't get towed (according to the signs posted). Be careful and mindful of where you park and read the signs carefully of the times where parking is not allowed and when there is street cleaning. Certain times of the day there are no parking on certain certain streets e.g. 1pm-3pm mon-Thursday. So just be aware and read the signs. For the most part we didn't find difficulty finding a spot close to the apartment but a few times we had to park 3-4 blocks from the apartment, especially late at night. Otherwise parking was available. Home experience - Everything was accurate according to what was posted on the website. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Utilities such as the stove, fridge, microwave, sinks, toilet and showers worked well. The host provided us with towels and face cloths and other toiletries. My whole family enjoyed the high ceilings and the bunk beds. Everyone was in such close corners which was awesome in my opinion which made everything more intimate. The response time to questions from the host were reasonable. The check-In experience and check out instructions were easy to follow. Make sure you follow the instructions on how to dispose of certain items such as recycling, and trash. Glad the host was specific about the instructions. Neighborhood felt safe all the time, even late at night. I would definitely stay at this place again if i came to jersey city. The host was nice and wonderful to communicate with.

Overall this was a good apartment as it was close to my family's home on Jersey Avenue and close enough to the Path to walk (approx 12 mins). Newport Shopping mall is a 10min walk away. Also there is a good variety of restaurants nearby and nice little park - Hamilton Park. I would use this apartment again and recommend it to friends/family. Good points: Comfortable beds, warm bedding, plenty of towels, very good heating, well equipped kitchen, large fridge and stove.

PROS: Easy check-in Nice home space Good value for just a place to stay CONS: About 15 minute walk from the PATH Station (with luggage and if you arrive in the evening - a lot of partying going on at the bars - would recommend Uber or something for drop off) If you plan on going to NYC, unlimited MetroCard passes do not work on PATH. You will need to purchase a "pay-per-ride" ticket at about $2.75 each way to getting there and back to the apartment. Can cost about $ on public transportation (depending if you take Long Island Railroad) - as AirTrain charges $5.00 exit fee and every time you get a new MetroCard it is a $1 fee. LOUD - can hear a lot going outside - a guy was shoveling snow at 4am in the morning. Heard police sirens a lot.

It was a comfortable stay for a family of 7! Beds were comfortable and we each had our own pillow. This apartment is on the first floor which is perfect especially coming home from site seeing in NY. The mall is a short walking distance away and the subway system is accessible through the mall. The kitchen is a huge plus for us and it's fully equipped. Perfect for making early morning breakfast or there's a deli/pizzeria next door that opens at 6am. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Viktoria is very accommodating! She made this apartment a home away from home!

Big place and good location near Hamilton square and Path (train) stations. Viktoria answered my questions, even during late hours. With all the beds, it looks to be a perfect pad for 3+ people looking to visit the NYC area. Would definitely come back.

I like to provide a welcoming environment to travelers from abroad and within. In addition to standards of clean bedding, towels, and bathroom essentials, there is an underlying theme dedicated to our global environment. There are original artworks about the environment by local artisans, an eclectic interior design, and eco friendly cleaning, recycling, and energy practices.
