Description

This cosy & spacious apartment is your ideal home for a family vacation or a getaway with a group of friends. Spread over 2 floors it accommodates up to 10 persons. The living room features an open fireplace and a large balcony with amazing views!

Penthouse Everest P is a cosy and spacious apartment spread over 2 floors. It is located in a sunny and quiet hamlet of Saas-Fee. The apartment features 4 bedrooms and 2 single beds on the galery above the living room. Two bedrooms are located on the lower floor and 2 smaller berdrooms are on the top floor with sloping roof. On each floor you will find a bathroom: Shower/bath/WC/ double sink & sauna on the lower floor, shower/WC on the top floor. The dining and living area is joined and features an open fireplace as well as HD-Smart TV ((no wood service). On the balcony you can sock up the sun and enjoy amazing views over the mountains. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, stove, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, mixer, fondue set and raclette oven. Shared wifi is available.

You have the apartment entierly to yourself during your stay. The laundry room is to be shared with the other apartments during your stay. Please put your name down on the list when you would like to wash.

Check in / out
Please pass by Hotel Allalin to pick-up your keys between 16:00-21:00. Let us know in advance if you arrive later than 9 p.m. and we will deposit your apartment key in our key box.

During check-in you will received further information about the chalet, the village and activities offered. At Hotel Allalin we are reachable 14 hours a day from 8:00-21:00 in case you need any assistance.

You are expected to check out of the apartment and hand back the keys to the reception of the Hotel Allalin before 10 a.m. on your departure day Should you leave before 8 a.m., please drop your key into the mail box at the entrance door of the hotel. Lost or not-returned keys will be billed.

Packing: We strongly recommend packing your belongings in big wheeled luggage and avoid bringing small items. Many of the apartments and chalets are not directly accessible with the electric-cars.

Road: Please check the road conditions before departure.

Train: If you arrive by public transport, please find the train/bus schedules and rates on the page of the Swiss railway system SBB.

Shopping: During high season, supermarkets are open daily until 18:30. If you arrive late, we recommend to bring some food with you, as the apartments are entirely self-catered.

Upon Arrival
Saas-Fee is a car-free resort. Paid parking for your car is available in the garage at the entrance of the village. Upon arrival on Saas Fee Parking, unload your luggage in terminal A or B. Next, park your car
either underground or on the open parking (P1) then return to the terminal.

Luggage: Regarding luggage transport from your car or bus station to your chalet, the following options are available:
a. Pick-up a hand-trolley (free of charge) at the Tourist Office. Most apartments lie within walking distance of 10-20 minutes.
b. Call an electric taxi which can be requested at the tourist office or the information stand (by telephone: Taxi Bolero or Taxi Edelweiss, the numbers are indicated at the terminal.)
c. Our apartment agency offers electric taxis for a charge, which can also be ordered by telephone upon arrival (from the telephone in the car park). Especially on Saturdays during high season, longer waiting hours need to be expected. If possible park your car on the parking lot 1 which is closest to the hotel Allalin. If you park in the garage unload your luggage at terminal A or B and remember your parking lot and terminal number.

To stay in the village of Saas-Fee, a tourist tax of CHF 7.00 per person per day is obligatory. You can pay the tax upon check-in at Hotel Allalin in CASH ONLY. In winter the touris tax is CHF 4.50 per person per night.

Please report any damages found in the apartment within the first 24 hours. Afterwards it's assumed that everything is in order and functioning.

Pets are allowed upon request for an extra fee, smoking is strictly prohibited.

At the day of departure the kitchen needs to be left cleaned the way it was upon arrival. Please deposit all the garbage and empty bottles in the designated areas.

The bedsheets need to be removed and put together in a pile with the bath towels, thank you.

Allalin Apartments is located in the Hotel Allalin in Saas Fee. The agency is now run by Eva & Sabrina Zurbriggen who are responsible for managing and renting the chalets & apartments.

We have both grown-up in Saas-Fee, lived abroad for a few years and have now settled in our home town. We are proud of our village with it's amazing nature and happy to share it's beauty with any visitor that comes up to discover our quaint place on earth.

Allalin Apartments is a real estate agency founded under the name ‘Agentur Zurbriggen’ in 1954 by Gustav Zurbriggen in Saas Fee. In 1977 his son Tobias Zurbriggen took over the company. The agency specializes in the purchase and sale of property mainly in the region Saas Fee - Saas Valley. In addition, the agency rents out more than 80 apartments and chalets in Saas Fee.

The different types of rental properties range from 4-star to 2-star properties for up to 12 people per apartment / chalet.
