Accès des voyageurs
Our guests are welcome to use our patios, swimming pool, common areas, and kitchen. Parking is more than ample as we live in a Cul de sac and have a long driveway. We know our neighbors well and live in a great community. Although we do have dogs, we have recently constructed a separate dog run and habitat for them, so our guests do not have to interface with our dogs at all if they don't want to. Our rescued dogs are large, and they may bark at you if they see someone moving around in our kitchen. For extended stays of a week or more, our washer and dryer are available.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We love to meet new friends and will be available to interact and answer questions for our guests. We work from home and have a daily, robust to-do list, so we can easily allow you the privacy you desire. Since we have lived in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years, we are happy to make some suggestions for great touristy things to see while you are staying with us.
Coffee or tea will be available each morning for you to make. We will also provide instant oatmeal or eggs & toast that you can prepare for your breakfast. We allow smoking outside, in our front courtyard area or our back patio and yard. We are of Greek and Italian descent, which means there are lots of yummy smells around here. During March, April, May, Sept, and Oct, our backyard is available in the evening to host a special event for up to 30 people, for an additional reasonable fee.
We expect our guests to behave as they would expect us to behave in their homes, with mutual respect and courtesy. Smoking is permitted outside. Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours after 10 pm, as that is our neighborhood ordinance. Other than that, we believe communication is key to a good visit, so please feel free to ask about anything we haven't addressed. We sincerely hope you will enjoy your time in Scottsdale and at our home.
