This new build apartment comprises of a large open plan kitchen/reception with wooden floors and a fully fitted kitchen. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven, 2 double bedroom with cream carpets and built-in wardrobes, West facing private balcony, which faces the city; video entry system, modern bathroom with a power shower and storage. A double sofa bed in the reception for extra guests after 4. Central heating with thermostat setting and hot water 24 hours.

The block benefits from a concierge, bike store and is moments from Devons Road station. You can also hire bike for £3.8 per day from Devons Road or near any station.

There is also baby cot and high chair in the property. Free movies throughout your stay, games and free wifi.

1. The Client agrees there will be no overnight guests in the accommodation for any extended period of time (1 night or more) without prior approval of The Host. This apartment restricted only to accommodate 6 guests ( including children under 12). Please note that you should not use the apartment for party venue.
2. Subletting the accommodation for any purpose is strictly prohibited. Illegal activities will be immediately reported to the Local Police Department and The Client will be evicted.
3. The Client should keep the unit and its surrounding area clean and tidy.
4. The Client should clean away all rubbish before departure.
5. The Client must not wash the bed linen and towels upon departure.
6. All properties are no-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking in the accommodation, the security deposit will not be refunded.

Great communication, nice top floor apartment very close to two tube stations and a Sainsburys - had my mother in law staying and we already live in the building so was very convenient. Would reccomend and stay again. Thanks!

Lynx was absolutely great and prompt to receive us and make all explanations . She has been very good to take care of minute details and kept texting us daily to make sure everything was alright . Strongly recommend Lynx .

No nos parece adecuado entrar al apartamento a partir de las 15:00; aunque nos permitió a las 12:45 dejar los equipajes. Tampoco nos parece bien tener que dejar el apartamento a las 11:00. Al final, ni el primer día entras a la hora adecuada, y el último tienes que salir apresuradamente.

Hi Antonio, thank you for staying. It is stated on Airbnb when you booked that the check in time is at 3 pm and check out at 11 am. I've allowed you to pick up the keys and left luggage when you arrived early at 12.45 pm, this has been communicated through our messages that we'll still be cleaning and preparing the apartment. So, do all guests check out at 11 am and so we can have time to clean and prepare again for the next guest. I hope you understand how it works with the process. Thanks for staying.
