Guests can enter anytime the apartment anytime with their own key. The keys will be available 24 hours a day to be picked up at a lock box just outside the building.
To access the unit, guests must walk up a short flight of stairs. The unit is on the top floor of a three-story building.
OUR HOUSE RULES:
(1) There is absolutely no smoking cigarettes or anything else (including vaping) inside our units. Smoke is extremely damaging and we will hold you directly responsible for any damage to the unit as a result of this.
(2) Please treat the unit with the utmost care and respect. We have gone to great lengths to furnish these units beautifully. You will be directly responsible for any damage to the furniture, walls, fixtures or anything else within the unit.
(3) Finally you are staying in a residential building. Please be mindful of the other tenants residing in the building. This means no loud large gatherings or parties. No late night noise.
We are not asking anything unreasonable here. Simply that you treat the unit and your neighbors with respect.
For security purposes we also request that you provide a clear full face picture in your AirBNB profile. We need to be able to clearly identify who is staying in our unit. If you are not comfortable sharing your profile picture on AirBNB you can send us an email with a screenshot of your government issued ID (driver's license and/or passport)
