At Tradewinds we want you to experience the uniqueness of our barrier island and Port Aransas with the personal service we offer. We have been vacationing here for 30 years. Now we live here. We call it "Port A". Even as far back as high school the phrase of what are you doing? Our family is "going to Port A" was what you would tell friends when headed to the coast. Or if they said they were "going to Port A" you wanted to go with them.
After years in healthcare and education we decided to pursue the dream of having of a beach home. Well, now we have a few. Dreams do come true.
We also found some people along the way that had the same dream, so now we have a few more.
One of those dreamers has a house now on the intracoastal waterway in Rockport.
This is a place for all ages. Come bring the family. Three generations is always a great time. But don't make Grandma and Grandpa do all the work and they get the bedroom downstairs if the home has one.
Many of our families return with other families to make memories together.
We really enjoy heading to the beach in October and November.
