Directly on the shore of the famous natural aerea, the Golfe du Morbihan, on Cardelan bay, in front of Berder island the house is situated at midway between Vannes and Auray near the nice villages of Arradon and Larmor Baden. This family home is perfectly located for sailing, swimming, coastal hiking, golf playing (5km) or tennis playing.
The house, with all modern conveniences has only one floor with a large living room, directly opened to the sea in the south direction. This living room includes a large fireplace and also TV, Hifi and Wifi and is opened to a large terrace with teak table, chairs, and parasol. Near the living room there is a large kitchen fully equipped where there is enough room for breakfast and meals. On each sides there are two areas one with three bedrooms, two of them opened to the south to the sea with each a large double bed and the third opened to the north to the garden with two single beds with drawers easy to transform in four beds and including a mezzanine with another two single beds and opened to a terrace overlooking the sea. In this area are two bathrooms and two toilets. The other area includes one large bedroom with its own TV, CD player and Hifi and which includes two single beds, easy to transform in four single beds; there is in this area another bathroom including a toilet.
The 180 square meters house is surrounded by a 2 500 square meters garden with apple trees, pine trees and many flowers including nice blue hortensias. Three cars can easily park in the alley of the garden.
The house is well located for public boat trip in the Golfe to visit many charming islands, Ile aux Moines, Ile d’Arz, or even farther out of the Golfe Ile d’Houat, Hoedic, Belle-Ile, and for historical visits one of the best neolitic sites with dolmen, menhirs, tumulus and cairn, in Carnac and Gavrinis island.
