À propos de ce logement
Close to the village but quiet and secluded. The house is a home and full of interest . I love my garden and the hillside around and that at night it is dark and quiet [rather than traffic noise I hear a fox bark or an owl hoot up the hill]
The en-suite bedroom has a double bed and is ideal for a single person or two people sharing. The room is clean and bright and located close to the kitchen and living room.
My house seems secluded and quiet since it is hidden behind trees on a hillside , but it is close to the N 71 and Leap village. Glandore and Union Hall are less than two miles away.

I will be there to meet you and on hand if you need anything. I won't be intrusive but friendly and ready to share a cup of tea/coffee if you want to talk.
I think of Leap as the beginning of wild West Cork. Here the coastline begins to become rugged with endless coves to explore. It is a great base from which to explore . The village is quiet but has several pubs and places in which to eat out.
There is a bus from Cork several times a day which stops in the village half a mile down the road [ring me and I will collect you] . The drive way up to my house leads directly onto the main road ,the N71 .
Please be clean , tidy and respectful . We are quiet and go to bed fairly early. You have your own entrance and can come and go as you please but be respectful of the fact that this is our home.

I like one to one conversation, gardening, travelling and good food [healthy usually but not always] I love reading, drawing/painting, walking , intelligent conversation...
People and life interest me . I am a member of Couchsurfing and people who have stayed said that I am very welcoming and kind.
I am quite quiet ...not the life and soul of the party. However, I am warm , thoughtful and welcoming and will care about your comfort ...your stay. I love West Cork and know quite a lot about its history and can direct you to various places of historical interest locally. What I won't want to do is take you to local pubs etc. I will point you in a particular direction and leave it to you.
