The place is really near the station, which we found very convenient. The staff was very attentive and patient , always having great communication with us on when we would arrive, I was nervous because the counter closed at 9:30 pm on Sundays and I felt the timing was tight, but we made it and we had a nice greeting and offered an additional breakfast for 9 extra francs, we asked if there was juices and we were told OJ was available, so we paid for it. After that we went to our room and the counter closed. We arrived to the room and it was not the one in the pictures , it seemed smaller and it didn't had the wallpaper it showed, which just gave us the impression that we were provided with a different one. The room had a strong smell of cigarette even though it was supposed to be banned to smoke indoors, all their stools had burn marks that gave the impression that people put out their cigarettes on them. Towels were not provided and there was no one we could ask for some, we had to leave very early the other day so it was before the counter opened, so no towels for us and we had to go without a shower. We went to have breakfast and found we could not use the capsule coffee machine and there was no juice, so just cereals, some apples, some mermelades, bread, and instant coffee. The bed was comfortable, the whole bathroom was very clean and in good conditions and the service provided was very good, maybe the problem was that we arrived at closing time on a Sunday and left before opening time on a Monday.
