The house is amazing. Fit for both quite vacation with family and children and for parties with friends. Close to everything: 5th Avenue with its restaurants and night life, beach with white, sunny sand, and to supermarket and bus station for those who prefer cook at home and traveling. The house is clean, with all demanded furniture, and plates and dishes. The amazing patio on the second floor is very nice and comfortable. Service: transfer from the airport and cleaning are available. Highly recommend this place for vacations.

Our stay at Haya's place was great. Very spacious, good location, nicely designed place, good value. Her house manager, Ingrid, took care of our needs while we were there and she was great - very responsive, thorough in her responses to our inquiries. We were happy with our experience at Haya's place from beginning to end.

I very much enjoyed my stay the house has a very relaxing vibe and I was able to relax and enjoy myself! 5th street and the beach are just a close walk away the location of the house is amazing.

Gran estancia en casa Bugambilla! Desde que aterrizamos ya teníamos un mensaje por para que en cuanto quisiéramos tuviésemos disponible el apartamento, por lo que nada más bajar del taxi en Playa del Carmen ya pudimos descansar del largo viaje. La piscina de la terraza es un lujo, parece pequeñita en las fotos pero es más que perfecta, un lujo poder pegarse un chapuzón privado disfrutando del sol mexicano en tu propio apartamento. La localización es perfecta, cerca de los dos supermercados mas grandes de la zona, y a unos pasos de la quinta avenida, y de sus playas y bares nocturnos. Cuenta con zona para aparcar justo en frente de casa, así que es perfecto si quieres alquilar un coche. Entregaron el apartamento perfectamente limpio y durante la estancia también hicieron limpieza, además, si necesitábamos cualquier cosa, el anfitrión estaba preparado para ayudarnos. Ideal también la zona de terraza y la zona encima de la casa con la palapa resguardando del sol, para poder comer y hablar con amigos tranquilamente al aire libre. Totalmente recomendado, ¡grandes vacaciones aseguradas!

Our stay at Casa Bugamvilla was truly enhanced by this beautiful, nicely appointed home; centrally located and close to the famous Calle Quinta Avenida, and less than 10 min walk to the nicest beaches in Playa Del Carmen. All the amenities you could want are available -- modern kitchen equipped with everything you need if you are inclined to cook; glass walk-in showers and spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful bedding. There is also a large living room. The AC worked great, which is essential because of the high outside humidity. The exterior landscape was well thought out and designed lending itself to a meditative vibe. A small pool was a real plus for cooling off on those hot days. Above the home is a rooftop palapa which lets you lookout to the surrounding neighborhood. The home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. My expectations were exceed. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking to enrich their stay in this fun town. Lastly, my interactions with the owner were easy and uncomplicated. And the property manager 'Engrid' was attentive to all our needs and very professional.

Everything about our experience was excellent. Before we arrived, Haya quickly and efficiently answered our questions and was flexible regarding our arrival date, so that we could coordinate our flights. CASA BUGAMBILLA is indeed a beautiful, comfortable place in a quiet area of Playa close to the beach. It is clear that Haya and her husband paid close attention to even the smallest details (feng shui) to ensure comfort and convenience. Thre was lots of hot water (unlike other places that we have rented in Playa) and the contemporary kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The outside areas were wonderful refuges at times that were too hot, too cold, or just too rainy to be at the beach or in town. The maid and gardening services provided by the management company (Gecko) were very good. We would glady stay at CASA BUGAMBILLA again.
