Second room with skylights has a queen bed and French doors to sitting and dining area. Shared driveway available. Twenty min walk south to BART or north to UCB.
This separate 2nd floor apartment is bright and sunny. The big room has queen bed, comfy chair and ottoman, a reading/writing area. The reading nook is equipped with a queen futon. The second bedroom has skylights and French doors with a queen bed and arm chair Dining area with nice window has a table for 6 and couch adjoins the kitchenette that is equipped for coffee/tea making, microwave, small refrigerator and utensils and dishes for 6. Bath is tiled and has a deep soaking bath with rainhead shower.

Separate entrance is behind gate at end of paved driveway. There is one flight of stairs to apartment. The driveway is available for off-street parking but is shared. Front porch has a table and 4 chairs can be used for enjoying the sunshine.
Very pretty neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and diverse restaurants, including Chinese, Indian, Greek, Italian, Japanese, or American, a block away. Whole Foods, Safeway and Trader Joe's within a mile.

Mostly communicate by text but happy to discuss options for dining, shopping and getting around Berkeley. Apartment has a few local guide books.
Coffee bar is only suitable for light food preparation. No television. One bedroom contains a stand alone bed and a futon in a built in reading nook. The second bedroom has a queen and arm chair. Windows are not child-proof, so not suitable for toddlers or curious children.
Please be considerate of the wood floors, in terms of care and noting noise impact below.
Remember, California is (still!) in a drought so please be thoughtful about water use.
