Échanges avec les voyageurs
We are available to assist guest with tourist information, transportation needs, etc. The bottom floor of the house is used for gatherings such as our two days a week when we host equine therapy on the farm or business uses.
There is usually someone around including our farm foreman who lives across the road with his family.
We enjoy meeting new people but respect the privacy of guest.
While we have towels at the house you might want to bring your own as we prefer the towels don't leave the house and you might want to enjoy swimming in any number of rivers or beautiful pools below water falls in the area.
The house is comfortable yet basic in decor. We are gradually improving the property and welcome suggestions.
If you are looking in this area you are most likely aware of what a rain forest is about. You should look up online some of the insects, animals and snakes that are in the area and be aware of this as you take hikes. Unless experienced we would not recommend hiking at night.
We are renting this property to help support 2 organizations that work with disabled persons in the region. We expect our guest to care for the property as if it were there own and respect the local people and farm workers that use areas of the first floor for farm activities and the people from the organization, Amigos Del Arca, who conduct various therapy activities on the first floor.
We hope that guest will enjoy hikes through the cocoa fields, fishing in the Silanche river, bird watching from anywhere on the property.
We also can recomend other tourist activities in the area.
