Walk inside and you'll be greeted by a nice formal Entry foyer featuring travertine and granite flooring and a nice chandelier overhead. Walk into the open and inviting living room which features a large oversized sectional couch, 55" flat screen TV, Cable TV, Wireless Internet Access, DVD Player, an open layout, recessed lighting, and georgeous cherry wood floors. Kitchen features Maple cabinetry, Granite countertops, a decorative backsplash, dual SS sinks with garbage disposal, Grohe Commercial style faucet, Full appliance package including Stainless Steel Fridge, Stove, and dishwasher. Kitchen layout has a built in breakfast bar with stools open to the living room/dining room combo. Dining room features table and four chairs, beautiful décor, and French doors that can be opened up to the covered patio that overlooks the deck and waterfront canal. Home features beautiful Cherry wood flooring, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and numerous décor items that have a warm yet cheery feel. Out back there is a covered porch with four exterior chairs and small table, large oversized deck with multiple areas of seating, fresh water canal that holds an abundance of wildlife. Bring your boat or your kayak and its a short ride/paddle to the end of the canal which opens up to the north end of the 900+ acre Lake Seminole waterway. This is the second largest ski lake in Pinellas county and also has a beautiful park nearby with boat ramp, walking trails, baseball field, multiple pavilions, and a nature and running trail. Water stays very warm in the spring/summer/fall months and is regularly enjoyed by the local residents and is know for good fishing. Home is situated on a quiet dead end street which is great for kids, close by to shopping and entertainment (Largo Mall), and is a short drive to the beach (Approx. 4.3 miles). You'll love your stay here and will enjoy coming back for years to come. Home comes equipped with many items you will need for either a short stay or for longer term rental.

Guests have access to the entire home and exterior areas except for the garage. Owner sometimes keeps a small boat on side of the driveway or on the grass so if you need the full driveway/lawn space, please drop us a note prior to your arrival so that we can be sure to have it cleared for you upon arrival.

Guest will have direct access to either the owner or designated representative that is familiar with the property. Owner and owners representative live locally so can assist in times of special need in timely fashion if the situation presents itself.
Home went through an extensive remodel including adding additional living space, new roof, double pane windows (Makes home very quiet), newer A/C system, interior updates, and was enjoyed for a number of years by the owner who is very familiar with the home and all it's systems to make sure in the event something were to happen, it will be taken care of promptly and professionally. Location is central Pinellas County so close to everywhere and everything. Lake makes for a very peaceful and serene stay and was regularly enjoyed by the owner who hopes the guest appreciate this wonderful asset that is out in the back of the home.
Please treat this home respectfully. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears have been put into the home to turn it into the beautiful home it is now. There is absolutely NO SMOKING ALLOWED inside the house and if you smoke outside please be sure doorway or windows are closed near you if you step outside for a cigarette. Anyone caught smoking inside, or if the interior of the home smells like cigarettes, will forfeit their deposit and additional charges may apply if professional treatment is needed to cure the smell. Please respect those who don't smoke and want to enjoy the home after you. There is a damage deposit required to stay at the home, so please be sure to mention any defects or issues upon arrival the day you enter the home to make sure you are not held liable for any damages to the home, its furniture, décor, exterior finishes, decking, driveway, walkways, etc. Please be respectful to the neighbors and their quality of life as anyone being rude or disrespectful will be asked to leave and not return. All local noise ordnance and laws will be in full effect throughout your stay and will be enforced if needed. No PETS allowed unless prior written consent is given by the owner or his representative. If pet is allowed in special circumstances, pet owner is responsible for clean up of the pet and it's mess and it's behavior. Anyone not abiding by the rules or acting civilized/professional will be asked to leave at owner or owners representatives discretion.
